Vaccinations*
Like young children, kittens need several sets of vaccinations and boosters to stay healthy. Kitten wellness plans make it easy and affordable to protect your pet against diseases and infections with a schedule of routinely recommended preventive care vaccines.
-
Leukemia (2x)
-
Feline Distemper (3x)
-
Rabies (1x)
* Most vaccines are included in your plan. Your veterinarian may recommend additional vaccinations that are not.
Diagnostic Testing
These routinely recommended tests allow us to build baselines for current and future care, allowing us to identify disease, parasites and infections. Early testing can help us catch health issues before they become more serious and harder to treat as your kitten enters adulthood.
-
Leukemia test
-
Feline immunodeficiency virus test
-
Ear swab and microscopic exam*
* First year only.
Fecal Exams (3x)
Routine fecal exams help us detect parasites and other intestinal organisms that can cause disease.
Deworming (4x)
Kitten wellness plans include multiple treatments for parasites like roundworm, hookworm and other disease-causing intestinal organisms.
Spay or Neuter Surgery*
This recommended procedure helps your pet live a healthier, happier, longer life and minimizes cat overpopulation. We always thoroughly assess your kitten's health before anesthesia, and build baselines to guide current and future care.
-
Pre-anesthetic blood testing
-
Complete blood count
-
Internal organ screens
-
Electrolytes
-
Blood pressure check
-
General anesthesia
-
Pain medication**
* Spay or neuter surgery or hip dysplasia screen.
** Includes pain medication before and directly after procedure. Your veterinarian may recommend additional take-home pain medication that is not included.
