How do I download the Banfield app?

Getting started with the Banfield app is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  • Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone
  • Search for "Banfield Pet Hospital"
  • Select the official Banfield app and tap Download or Install
  • Open the app once it has finished downloading
  • Log in using your MyBanfield account username and password
  • If you don't have a MyBanfield account, tap Create Account to register and get started or click here to register

Nope! Any Banfield client can download and use the app to schedule appointments, view medical records, find a nearby hospital, and manage their account. Optimum Wellness Plans® and the Banfield Access Plan™ let you use Pet Chat™ in the app.

Yes. The Banfield app lets you manage all of your pets in one place. You can view each pet's medical records, schedule appointments, and keep track of upcoming care for every pet in your household from a single account.

Pet Chat™ is available in most U.S. states. Due to state regulatory requirements, it’s not currently available in Arkansas.

Yes! You can download the Banfield app and use it to find a location near you and book an appointment for your pet.
