Parasite Control options
Banfield offers smart preventive options to help protect your cat against fleas, mites and other potentially deadly parasites. Your Banfield veterinarian can help you choose the right option for your cat.
Spay/Neuter option
Perhaps you have adopted or rescued an adult cat that is not yet spayed or neutered. Or maybe your adult female has had a litter of kittens, and it’s time for spaying. Adding a spay/neuter option to your plan is easy and affordable when spread over the cost of your wellness plan term.
Additional Dental option
Regular cleanings are important to prevent infection, tooth loss, pain and the potential for heart and kidney disease. Some cats need more than one dental cleaning a year. Your Banfield veterinarian can assess your cat’s dental health and may recommend you add this option to your Active Prevention Care Plan or Special Care Plan.
Chronic Care options
Discuss these conditions with your Banfield veterinarian, to help your pet with chronic conditions including:
-
Renal option for cats with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure
-
Diabetes option for cats with diabetes mellitus
-
Hyperthyroid options for cats with an overactive thyroid
