Dr. Malissa Behm

Dr. Malissa Behm joined the Banfield family in 2012. She received a bachelor's degree in animal science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee. After graduation, she worked in mixed animal practice treating both large and small animals before deciding to focus on small animal practice. She has one cat and in her free time, she enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and kayaking.

Dr. Ashlee Armstrong
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Ashlee Armstrong joined the Banfield family in March of 2019, and was previously an associate veterinarian within a small private practice in the Rock Hill area for 3 years. She received her veterinary degree in 2016 from the University of Glasgow in Scotland where she lived for 5 years and met her husband. She is originally from Jefferson, Georgia where she received her bachelor's degree from Berry College. Dr. Armstrong enjoys traveling and hanging out with her family.

Practice Manager
Amanda moved here from Binghamton, NY in 2013 and believes animals make us better people. She joined the Banfield family in February 2016. Her favorite part of her job is developing lasting relationships with the clients and their pets. Animals are her passion and providing preventive care to as many pets as possible is her mission. Amanda loves spending time in NY visiting family. She lives in Rock Hill with her boyfriend, Bobby, and their 4 dogs, Chuck, Elsee, Dot and Fran.

Zach was born in Columbia, SC and has lived in Rock Hill for four years. He likes reading, writing, and playing chess. He has a six year old Carolina dog named Yorick that he loves to laze around on the couch with.

Charidy is from Lancaster, South Carolina. She has been working in the veterinary profession for over 5 years as a veterinary assistant and has been with Banfield since July 2017. She hopes to soon start the veterinary technician program through Penn Foster. At home, Charidy has a 3-year-old shepherd mix named Charlie and a 5-year-old corgi mix named Kona. She enjoys old movies, all genres of music, and reading. She is also a Clemson Tigers fan, loves to travel and her favorite place to be is the beach.

Jennifer moved to South Carolina from Pennsylvania in 2006 and has worked at Banfield since 2013. She has dogs and cats at home, and she also rides horses and teaches lessons. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Remy, snowboarding and other adrenaline filled adventures in her free time.

Danielle has been with Banfield since 2010. She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC but currently lives in Rock Hill, SC. She has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember, and caring for animals is her passion. At home, Danielle has two cats, Brooks and Kiki, a puppy named Colt, and two horses, Cody and Dixie. In her free time, she enjoys anything that involves being outdoors, horseback riding, and playing pool.

Katie lives in Charlotte but is originally from upstate New York. She grew up on a dairy farm and has had horses most of her life, although she doesn't have any since moving south. She has competed with dairy cattle (Ayrshires) and horses (Appaloosas and Quarter Horses), and currently has 2 German Shepherds named Raven and Chelsea. Katie also has a 55 gallon aquarium with several fish.

Autumn has been part of the Banfield team since the Fall of 2016. Working with animals is something that she has wanted to do since she was little and at Banfield, she not only gets to meet new people but also gets to make new fur friends every day. Autumn has two crazy dogs at home named Phoenix and Buck, who are her world, and a supportive husband named Andrew. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and competing in horse shows. She really enjoys her job and looks forward to learning more along the way.
