Dr. Louis Arnese
Chief of Staff
Dr. Arnese graduated from Tuskegee University in 2009. He enjoys working on difficult cases in medicine and surgery, and mentoring new doctors. In his spare time, Dr. Arnese enjoys taking nature hikes, swimming, watching football and playing with his two boys, Lincoln and Carmine. He also has three dogs; a mastiff named Pippen, a doberman named Reggie and a coon hound named Cody.

Dr. Kelsey Bentz
Veterinarian
Dr. Bentz received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont, and received her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!). She enjoys working up medical cases and seeing puppies! In her spare time, she likes to ride horses, go on hikes and read books. Dr. Bentz has 2 horses, Hustler and Jack; 2 dogs, a pitbull mix named Sheba and a yellow lab mix named Koda; and 3 cats, Shiva, Lucita and Sylvester.

Practice Manager
Meghann has been with Banfield since July 2007. She started at Banfield in Raleigh as a kennel assistant and has worked almost every role since. Meghann is originally from Trinity, NC and has lived predominately in the Triad area. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College working toward her degree in veterinary technology and when not at work, she enjoys reading, board games, and Pokémon hunting! Meghann lives with her cat named Rupert and two birds named Roman and Jane.

Shift Lead
Von joined Banfield in October 2014, which sparked his interest and love for pets. He works mostly as a client service coordinator and thoroughly enjoys chatting with clients. He is originally from Washington, NC but came to Greensboro to further his education, receiving his degree in communications from NC A&T SU. When not at work, Von enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as his Maine Coon cat, Huey.

Veterinary Technician
Ashley started working for Banfield in July 2014 while she was completing her degree in veterinary technology at Central Carolina Community College. She received her veterinary technician license, and has a certificate in animal care and an associate's degree in art. She plans to go back to school to further her education in animal medicine. When not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family and while at work, she enjoys educating clients about preventive care. She lives with her cat named Freckles and her dog named Diesel.

Veterinary Assistant
Ivelisse, or Ivy for short, has been with Banfield since July 2018. She works both as a veterinary assistant and a client service coordinator, and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College working towards her degree in veterinary technology. Ivy is originally from Puerto Rico but grew up in New Jersey. She and her family moved to North Carolina in 2011. When not at work, Ivy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, particularly her nephew! She lives with her husky named Loki.

Mynica, or Nica for short, started working at Banfield in October 2016, and has a bachelor's degree in lab animal science from NC A&T SU. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College working toward her veterinary technology degree. When not at work, Nica enjoys doing anything outdoors, particularly in the warmer seasons! She lives with her two cats, Boots and Tinker.

Veterinary Assistant
Vince is originally from Upstate New York but moved to North Carolina in the early 2000's. He has been with Banfield since October 2016. Vince started at the front desk as a client service coordinator but was transitioned to the veterinary assistant role shortly after. When not at work, he loves to travel and has been to Spain, Austria, Belgium, Germany and Hungary just to name a few. He also enjoys photography and wine! Vince lives with his two cats, Mrs. Kitters and Sméagol, and his dog, Anastasia Beaverhausen. His plans for the future include having a larger home and acreage to have more pets, raise bees and grow grapes!

Dominique has been working as a veterinary assistant with Banfield since September 2019. She completed her bachelor's degree in animal science at A&T in 2018 and is currently working on her master's in integrated animal health there. She hopes to attend vet school once she has graduated. Dominique enjoys baking, crocheting, and sleeping, and lives with her two cats, Romeo and Jewels.

Emily is a veterinary assistant/client service coordinator and has been with Banfield since May 2019. She has a Pomeranian named Merlin and a pug named Zeto. Emily is a Junior at the University of Greensboro, studying psychology and double minoring in Spanish and human development families. Her ultimate professional goal is to get her doctorate and work with children with mental disabilities. Emily enjoys learning new things, especially when it comes to animals and educating clients about preventive care. In her free time, she loves to cook, particularly breakfast, and enjoys hiking, watching Friends, and dancing.

Skylah is originally from Maryland but moved to North Carolina in 2015. She is currently attending NC A&T SU and will be completing her bachelor's degree in animal science by the end of 2019.
