Dr. Jessica Crimmin, DVM is a passionate and dedicated Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing her clinical year at the Royal Veterinary College. Dr. Crimmin also holds a Master of Science from the University of Florida. Outside of the hospital, she has a full house with two dogs, two cats, a chameleon, and a bearded dragon. Jenna joined the Banfield team in 2016. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Shift Lead and takes pride in providing quality anesthesia and analgesia for surgery patients, parasitology and education clients about parasite prevention; and leading and helping develop associates. Jenna has 11 pets: 1 dog, 8 cats, and 2 rats. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog Natty Boh, volunteering at a wildlife hospital, attending music festivals, and reenacting. Shy’Ann joined Banfield as a Veterinary Assistant in 2023. She is passionate about providing excellent care and enjoys building strong connections with clients and their pets. An avid animal lover, Shy’Ann has eight pets at home: three dogs, three cats, a bearded dragon, and a turtle. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, taking walks with her dogs, and watching a good movie.

Optimum Wellness Plans (OWP) are year-long packages of preventive care services for your dog or cat. Each one is designed for pets at different stages of life, based on age and health. All plans cover routine preventive veterinary care and offer discounts on most other Banfield products and services that aren’t included in our preventive care packages.

Preventive care packages are designed for pets at different ages and stages. They all include comprehensive exams, routine vaccinations, unlimited office visits, 24/7 Pet Chat™, and more. Our preventive care packages create a bundle of preventive care services, meaning you can save at least 30% with Optimum Wellness Plans.* The total yearly cost of an OWP is less than the cost of buying each included service individually from Banfield. Banfield’s online pharmacy is available if your animal has been seen by a Banfield veterinarian and has a prescription from them.

New customers can use the online pharmacy after their pet has been examined and given a prescription by a Banfield veterinarian. A MyBanfield account is required to make purchases.

The Banfield Shop is an online pharmacy that only dispenses prescription medications. Medications require a prescription from a Banfield veterinarian. A MyBanfield account is required to make purchases.

You must be a Banfield client with a valid prescription from a Banfield veterinarian to use the online pharmacy. A MyBanfield account can make non-prescription purchases through the Banfield Shop.
