Dr. Heather Scott has been with Banfield since 2013. She loves educating clients on preventive care and spending time with pets, including, of course, pets with Optimum Wellness Plans. She loves when corgis come to see her at the clinic. When she is not working, she enjoys going to concerts, especially Carrie Underwood, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Hamm graduated from Murray State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine focus, and then graduated from University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 as a DVM. Megan has been with Banfield since graduating from the Vet Tech Institute in 2015. She became shortly licensed in Illinois as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Megan loves traveling and seeing the world as much as she can when not working. She loves the great benefits that Banfield has to offer, high quality of medicine practiced, and the thoroughness of the anesthesia protocols.

Brittany has been with Banfield since 2016. She graduated Brown Mackie College in 2016 and became a certified veterinary technician in spring of 2018. She has been a shift lead since summer of 2020. Brittany enjoys building relationships with clients and educating about preventive care. She loves to see pets start here as puppies/kittens and then watch them as they grow. When not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors with her dogs China and Niko.

I have been working at Banfield for five years. I'm an RVT and Shift Lead. I love helping animals stay healthy and I'm also very interested in dental cleanings and assisting with surgical procedures. Amber has been with Banfield since August 2020. She attended Vatterott College, Veterinary Technician Program until it closed in December, 2018. She is eager to learn and continue with the veterinary medicine career path. Amber enjoys running lab work and helping to interpret it. She also enjoys all the hands-on experience she gets with pets every day. When Amber is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Ava, and spending time with her friends.

Brooke has been with Banfield since June 2019. She is currently enrolled through Penn Foster College and completing her veterinary technician degree. Brooke enjoys educating clients on dental care and performing dental cleanings while working. She has an interest in surgical procedures and loves assisting with them. When Brooke is not at work, she loves playing with her two cavaliers.

Hannah graduated from Midwest Institute with her Veterinary Technology degree in January 2022 after completing her externship here at the O'Fallon, IL Banfield. Nikki has been with Banfield since July 2021. She is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Penn Foster. She has been working in this field since 2014. Her hobbies outside of work include throwing darts, soccer, and working on cars. She loves that at Banfield she is allowed to develop her skill level and continue to learn and grow.

Rose has been with Banfield since summer of 2021. She is very versatile with her day-to-day tasks and she can be found helping clients as a Client Service Coordinator or working in the back of the hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. At Banfield, she enjoys the different pets that come to see us and learning their personalities and spending time with the pets. Outside of work, she enjoys taking her dogs hiking or to the dog park. Travis has been with Banfield since March 2020. Travis has 13 years experience in a Humane Society setting and 5-6 years in veterinary clinic setting. He is a quick learner and great with customers. Brenda has been at Banfield since the fall of 2021. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her grand dogs and her children. Some of the aspects of the job that Brenda enjoys the most are meeting every pet that comes through the doors, seeing each pet gets the best care possible, and assisting the clients in finding their answers.

Jo has been with Banfield since 2018. She graduated with a bachelors degree in management and uses those skills to help lead the way as a client service coordinator. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her daughter and snuggling her fur babies. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and being able to help them care for their pets.

Tia has been with Banfield since August 2020. She was a pre-school teacher for three years before starting at Banfield. She is patient and always willing to lend a hand with the clients. In her spare time, Tia enjoys spending time with her pets, baking, going to shelters to give cuddles to the pets, and spending time with friends. She is excited to grow with Banfield and eventually develop into a veterinary assistant.

Trista has been with Banfield since July 2020. She previously worked at Banfield at a Washington location in 2005. She has been working in the veterinary medicine field for nearly 15 years. Trista enjoys client interactions and educating on the importance of dental health. When Trista is not working, she enjoys reading and painting with the company of her sixteen year old, Tweekers.

Emma has been with Banfield since summer of 2020. She is currently in high school and set to graduate in 2022. Emma is a self motivator and quick to learn all aspects of the hospital. Emma loves being here and spending time with the team, but also learning veterinary medicine. When Emma is not at work she enjoys painting and sci-fi films.

Hi, my name is Jessica I am currently a Pet Care Assist at Banfield in O' Fallon, IL. I love being able to work with animals! I have four kids and a bunch of pets of my own. I worked in retail for many years but coming to Banfield was the best move for me. This is where I belong!

Tiffany has been with Banfield since September 2008. She has a bachelor's degree in biological science from SIUE. She enjoys being able to care for the animals and helping educate clients on animal care at Banfield. Tiffany also works at a horse riding stable, where she helps care for the horses. When Tiffany is not working, she enjoys trail riding horses and karaoke.
