    Dr. Nicole Velotta

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Velotta has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2011. She completed her associate's degree at Bellevue College as part of the Running Start program, then her bachelor's in animal science and DVM degrees from Washington State University. Her interest in veterinary medicine began while raising and showing pets for 4H leading to helping friends and family care for their pets as well as observing at a specialty hospital and her passion was born. Her favorite part of working with animals is solving their mysteries as they are unable to tell us on their own, and helping them feel better. Dr. Velotta's experience with 4H has lead to treating exotic animals on occasion. In her spare time, Dr. Velotta works with her personal pets in the Fly Ball arena and raising rabbits.     Dr. Dierdre O'Brien


    Dr. O'Brien began practicing medicine in 2010 after graduating from Washington State University with her DVM degree. Dr. O'Brien enjoys seeing previously ill pets restored to health again and supporting their owners through the process.     Dr. Hollie Knoll


    Dr. Knoll began practicing medicine in 2015 after graduating from the University in Calgary, Canada. She moved to the Pacific Northwest, and her husband and daughter followed when she joined our Banfield hospital. Dr. Knoll is passionate about the care she provides to her patients and working closely with owners. She enjoys working in feline medicine.     Dr Gilpin is a Seattle native and is proud to be a member of the Banfield Woodinville team. A Coug for life, she obtained both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Washington State University. Dr. Gilpin is passionate about making vet visits positive for pets and their owners, and is both Fear Free and Low Stress Handling certified. Her favorite part of being a vet is building relationships with clients and partnering with them to provide quality care. In her spare time, Dr. Gilpin dotes on her Chihuahua, Annie, referees women’s flat track roller derby, and hones her Pinterest crafting skills. More Details >>
