Dr. Robin Sechrest-Lang
Veterinarian
Dr. Lang grew up in a small country town in Missouri and moved to Oregon as a teenager. Living on a farm and taking in all the stray animals is what sparked her interest in veterinary medicine and has been her dream career since the age of six. While obtaining her bachelor in animal science from Oregon State University, she worked in a feline only practice sparking a strong interest in feline medicine. Dr. Lang attended Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine and served as the president of the student chapter of the American Association of Feline Practitioners. She worked for Banfield for 3 years and then spent the last 2.5 years at a feline specific practice in Portland.

Dr. Rachael Wood
Veterinarian
Dr. Wood was raised in Northern Idaho and moved to Vancouver, WA in 2012 when she joined Banfield after finishing veterinary school at Washington State University. She obtained her B.S. degree in molecular biology and biochemistry and a B.A. degree in Spanish in 2006 from the University of Idaho. During her undergraduate education, she had the opportunity to study Spanish in the Basque region of Spain for six months, and enjoys the opportunity to use Spanish with clients. She considers herself lucky to have a career that blends her love for animals with her passion for medicine, and enjoys partnering with clients to provide lifelong care for their pets. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and hospice care. When not in the hospital, Dr. Wood enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Tim, and son, Isaac. They have a Bluetick Coonhound mix named Bentley and a black and tan cat named Mia. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing and traveling around the world.
