    Dr. Merinda McGrath

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Merinda (aka Rindi) McGrath has lived in Olympia since 1988 and graduated from Washington State University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Prior to living here, she resided near Portland and as a toddler, lived on a rural cattle ranch in Costa Rica. She and her husband live with their young son on a farm where they raise bison. They also have two horses, two goats and numerous stray cats. When not working, Dr. McGrath enjoys knitting, quilting, reading, traveling and spending time with her family. She has been working for Banfield at this location since she graduated and is currently the chief of staff. More Details >>

    Dr. Nicole Brazill

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Nicole Brazill has been at the Lacey Banfield since June of 2006. She grew up in Snohomish, WA and graduated from Washington State University. She is married and has three young children at home as well as three cats (Hosea "Hoser", Ezekiel "Zeke", and Josephine "Josie") and one dog (Shiloh, a Wheaten terrier and her long-awaited graduation present from veterinary school). Dr. Brazill enjoys working here on the weekends where she has the opportunity to help heal pets, educate their owners about preventive care options. and keep her veterinary skills sharp. She loves every aspect of her job, from answering questions of new pet owners to diagnosing and treating disease to performing surgery. Patients and their families brighten her day! More Details >>

    Dr. Nina Randolph

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Nina Randolph moved to Washington from Virginia to join the Lacey Banfield team, and received her DVM from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. She has two cats, Merlin and Alfie, and three geckos. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, camping, sewing, playing games, and spending time with family. She would also really like to pick up her old saxophone again!     Dr. Sophia Moore

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Sophia Moore graduated from Colorado State University and became part of the Banfield team June of 2017. Her interests in veterinary medicine include surgery, preventive care, and oncology. On her days off, she enjoys using her National Park Pass, going to dog parks with her dog, Eclipse, and traveling with her husband. They are also expecting a little baby boy in February of 2019!     Veterinarian

    Dr. Doyle earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Washington State University before attending and graduating from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, she moved to the Olympia area with her golden retriever, Sadie, and her cat, Lucy. Dr. Doyle enjoys camping, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
