    Comprehensive examinations, surgeries, and vaccinations are all available at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Bellingham, Washington. Our veterinarians and pet hospital staff will provide health service options that can help maintain the life of your pet.
    From your rambunctious kitten to your mature cat, Banfield offers cat health services and for your canine friend, Banfield provides all-inclusive services for dogs, including dentistry, nutritional counseling, parasite control and more. Our Bellingham pet hospital also offers these pet health services for a variety of other animals.
    We are located on Guide Meridian Road and welcome new clients. Same day access appointments may also be available.     Dr. Wilson Lee


    Dr. Lee is originally from Vancouver, Canada, where he earned his undergraduate degree in animal biology from the University of British Columbia, followed by a Master of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Calgary. He then decided to cross the border to bleed crimson and grey at Washington State University, graduating with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. Upon graduation, Dr. Lee joined Banfield in the Seattle area before moving north to be closer to home in 2007 and has since been at the Bellingham location. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee struggles to keep his brown thumb from ruining his third yard while he and his wife raise three mini versions of himself with their cat. More Details >>

    Dr. Nick Counsell


    Born and raised in Western Washington, Dr. Counsell attended Washington State University for his undergraduate degree in zoology, graduating in 2009. He spent a field season collecting data on grizzly bears for the Interagency Bear Study team in Yellowstone National Park before veterinary school. He then returned to WSU and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Counsell has been with Banfield since 2014, and transferred to the Bellingham location in 2015 to be closer to his wife, who is also a veterinarian. He has a special fondness for golden retrievers, particularly since his parents named him after one, but also has a special spot for hounds of all sizes! He and his wife have 3 dogs and 3 cats.     Dr. Kanu Dhalio


    Dr. Dhalio graduated from GADVASU, India in 2010 with her degree in veterinary medicine. She worked at a private practice in Canada before she joined Banfield in 2016. She also helps manage a practice owned by her husband, who is also a veterinarian in Canada. Dr. Dhalio has two little boys and a cat named Oreo. In her free time ( if there's any), she loves traveling, being outdoors and reading books. More Details >>

    Dr. Ann Molloy


    Dr. Molloy joined the Bellingham Banfield in June 2018. She is a 2012 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University and has lived in Western Washington since graduation. She moved to the area due to her love of the outdoors and all this area has to offer. Her special interests include internal medicine, behavior, nutrition, and all aspects of preventive healthcare. She is also fear free certified and very passionate about making veterinary visits as positive as possible for your pets! Outside of the hospital, Dr. Molloy enjoys endurance riding with her horses, hiking, yoga, running, and photography.     Dr. Shannon Little

    Locum Veterinarian

    Dr. Shannon Little graduated in 1997 from Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan, Canada in 1997. After graduation she did a one year internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. She currently lives in Bellingham with her husband, two daughters, two golden retriever dogs and two cats.     Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Sherry is a licensed veterinary technician. She joined Banfield in 2005. She took a brief hiatus to enroll in the Bellingham Technical College and earn her associates degree in Veterinary Technology. She is passionate about dental radiography and aspires to specialize further in veterinary dentistry. After a long day at work, she unwinds by watching television with her furry friends at home.     Tiffany is the Shift Lead. She has been with the hospital since 2008. She is a certified veterinary assistant from the Bellingham Technical College. She adores felines of all ages and affectionately calls them "kitten" regardless of their age. She loves going camping in her trailer, reading, walking and simply hanging out with her husband.     Client Service Coordinator

    Kara has served as a client service coordinator since 2013. Her biggest reward comes from working in empathy drenched work environments, both in veterinary and human services. Her full time job is being mom to her toddler. If she has any free time left on her hands, she loves to indulge in outdoor activities with her family such as hiking, camping and swimming.     Kristall is a veterinary assistant. She is an experienced veterinary professional and been with Banfield since 2017. She enjoys being versatile, capable of learning and performing many roles in the hospital. Her passion is surgery assisting. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program. She is an avid explorer, enjoying hiking and camping. Fun fact: Her love for critters goes beyond dogs and cats.     Jovanah is a veterinary assistant. She joined Banfield in 2018. She is relatively new to the veterinary professional but aspires to continue her education in the field. Her best friend is Jace, her fluffy long haired cat. Jovanah loves hanging out with her friends, but prefers to mostly spend time with Jace.     Kendra is a client service coordinator. She joined Banfield in 2017. She has aspired to be in the veterinary profession since she was five years old and has not changed her aspiration for her whole life. She loves labrador retrievers and enjoys the company of two.     Nicole is a veterinary assistant. She has recently earned her associates degree in Veterinary Technology from the Bellingham Technical College.
