Dr. Seth Mavrich
Veterinarian
Dr. Mavrich was born and raised in Pittsburgh, which means he is a huge sports fan. He especially loves his Steelers. He graduated with a degree in Animal Sciences and minor in Spanish from Penn State University. After college, he took a year off from formal education and worked in a 24/7 emergency animal hospital northeast of Pittsburgh. This experience confirmed his desire to become a veterinarian, so he applied to veterinary school. In 2009, he began at Virginia-Maryland regional college of veterinary medicine. During his time there, he was president of Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association. When he graduated in 2013, he began his professional career with Banfield Pet Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, hiking, cooking and traveling. He trained for his first marathon, the Marine Corps marathon, which occurred in October.
