Dr. Kaitlyn Gonzales
Chief of Staff
Dr. Gonzales joined Banfield in July of 2016. She is a graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine where she also received her bachelor's in biomedical science and minor in neuroscience. She and her husband live in Frisco with their 4 pets including a miniature schnauzer, a poodle mix and 2 tabby cats. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends and watching movies. As an active learner, Dr. Gonzales strives to further her knowledge in all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in pet nutrition as it is so important to the quality of their life.

Dr. Jamie Croy
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Lane joined Banfield in 2019. She originally started her career with Banfield as a vet assistant before college. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is originally from California. She has a great interest in dermatology. She lives in Allen with her husband, dog and cat. In her free time, Dr. Lane enjoys running and working out, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Shanti
Veterinarian
Dr. Shanti joined Banfield in 2018. Originally from India, he received his Degree in Veterinary medicine in 2002 from TANUVAS university. He was Gold medal receiver in the subject of Veterinary Microbiology. He moved to Canada in 2005 and finished his Master's degree in Animal Science at University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. After practicing in Canada for 7 years, he moved to Frisco, Texas where he lives with his wife, a daughter, a son and a sweet cat named ‘ELLIOTT’. He has a special interest in variety of soft tissue surgeries, especially with a focus on interpreting ultrasounds. He enjoys watching movies and enjoys to spend time with kids during his free time.

Practice Manager
Lisa joined Banfield in 2015. She holds credentials in business management, and is currently pursuing her degree to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Lisa lives with her family in McKinney and has four dogs, a cat, a rabbit and a bearded dragon. Outside of work, she enjoys music, books, and movies.

Shannon Moncier
Veterinary Technician
Shannon joined Banfield in 2020. She graduated from Cedar Valley College with Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology, and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2014. She is currently attending the University of Texas at Arlington where she is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Microbiology. Her goal is to receive her PhD in Microbiology and eventually would love to work as a college professor. Shannon is passionate about disease prevention and loves to provide client education on this subject.
In her free time, Shannon loved to spend time with her family and pets, or smelling candles at Bath and Body Works.

Casey is originally from Portland, Oregon and joined Banfield in 2012. He is pursuing a degree in the nursing field. In his role at Banfield, he is passionate about urgent and critical patient care, and going the extra mile to give our clients and their pets the most compassionate care possible. Casey lives in Plano with his partner and their two pets. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.

Mckenzie joined Banfield in 2015. She has a passion for client education, and ensuring that pets get to live their best lives possible. Her special interests in the field include critical care and pharmacology. Mckenzie resides in Lake Dallas with her family including 3 cats and 2 dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
