    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Melissa Mae Smith is originally from Mount Pleasant, SC. She grew up loving animals and has always wanted to be a veterinarian. She received her B.S. degree from Clemson University in animal and veterinary sciences (Go Tigers!). She then went on to Mississippi State, where she received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She shares her home with her amazing husband, Bryan, and their three dogs, Boone (shepherd mix), Gracie (bichon mix) and Gunther (rottweiler). In her spare time, she enjoys attending as many Clemson football games as possible, shopping, and spending time with her nieces and nephew. Dr. Smith loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, but especially enjoys soft tissue surgery and playing with all the puppies and kittens. More Details >>

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Kelley Minor earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University in 2007 after completion of a clinical year at Louisiana State University and undergraduate studies at The University of Kentucky. She has been an associate veterinarian with Banfield since 2007, and has professional interests in soft tissue surgery, dentistry and preventive care. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, exploring the low country and spending time with her family. Her pets include a Yorkie mix named Knox that she adopted from Charleston Animal Society and Martini, a cat that was surrendered to Banfield. More Details >>
