    Dr. Jeri Littlefield

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Jeri Littlefield was born in Oklahoma. She lived in Georgia for 12 years before moving back to Oklahoma to finish college. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in physiology in 2003, and then received her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2007. She worked in several small animal practices in the Denver area from 2007-2014. She has a special passion for feline medicine, and loves all things feline! She joined Banfield in July 2014, and is now thrilled to call Lexington home! As Chief of Staff, she has a passion for making her team and the hospital the best it can be. Dr. Littlefield married her wonderful husband in 2001, and they have two young sons and a daughter. In her spare time, Dr. Littlefield loves to spend quality time with her children and read great books. More Details >>

    Dr. Alyssa O'Dell


    Dr. Alyssa O’Dell is a South Carolina native, growing up in Seneca. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011 from Berry College in Georgia, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2015. Dr. O’Dell has been with Banfield since 2015 and her professional interests include dermatology and soft tissue surgery. She and Dr. Jason Wright (also a veterinarian) moved from Oklahoma to Lexington in 2015 along with their 3 dogs (Jake - corgi mix (pictured), Rowdy – blue heeler mix, and Ari - boxer), snakes, and an almost 20 year old leopard gecko. During her time off she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family. More Details >>

    Dr. Margaret Hammerling


    Dr. Hammerling is a native of South Carolina, and an alumnus of Clemson University. She received her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Ross University, and completed her clinical training at NC State’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been an Associate Veterinarian with Banfield since February 2014. She has a special interest in endocrinology, and a soft spot for golden retrievers. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching sports, all things orange, and spending time with her husband and daughter. More Details >>
