    Ashlee Crawford

Ashlee was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She has always loved animals and always knew she wanted to help them. Ashlee graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in 2017 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician. Ashlee started her career in veterinary medicine as an Emergency technician. She is also certified in Fear Free and is very skilled in working with our more nervous patients. Ashlee also has a passion for surgery and works hard to ensure that quality care is given to every patient undergoing anesthesia (and those are not). Ashlee joined the Banfield Crafton team in February 2020, and is now our lead Surgery tech. Ashlee has an intense love for pitbulls and bully breed as she has one of her own named Luke that she adopted in 2017. Ashlee also has a bird named Chloe and a black cat named Sam. Becca graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh in July of 2015 after a few years of being in college for human medicine and deciding that it was not for her. She became a CVT a few years later in 2018 after gaining some more experience working in the field. She has a passion for emergency and critical care medicine and always thrives to provide the best care for every patient as her own. Becca grew up in Butler, PA and currently resides in Canonsburg with her significant other, Luke, and two dogs (Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix and Samoyed), a cat and a few exotics. Jami became a CVT in August, 2019. Growing up, she aspired to be a musician, but after graduation I found comfort in barking and purrs instead. Amanda Alewine

Born and raised in Texas, Amanda has made Pittsburgh her home for the last 5 years. In a former life she fixed computers for Apples. She decided she wanted to fix things that were more important to her than IPhones and laptops. She returned to school to become a Certified Vet Technician and graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She has a ridiculous love for hound dogs - especially Basset Hounds, and equal love for the tiny dogs that bark a lot. She has one of each! In her spare time you can find her at the dog park if it's sunny outside or curled up with a new book when it's not. More Details >>
