Dr. Nicole Carolla was born and raised in Farmington, PA and from an early age, she knew that her dream was to become a veterinarian. She started working in the veterinary field as a kennel assistant in 7th grade and then began working as an assistant in high school. Dr. Carolla graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. She then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts, West Indies where she enjoyed being able to be at the beach. She finished her clinical year at Purdue University and upon graduation in 2010, Dr. Carolla moved back to Pittsburgh and accepted a position with Banfield Pet Hospital. She has worked in multiple Banfield hospitals throughout the Pittsburgh market and became a Chief of Staff in 2014. She has 2 dogs: Owen, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Brinley, a mixed breed from St. Kitts, as well as a cat named Maverick. She enjoys hiking, cooking, baking, reading and traveling.

Dr. Jeffrey Milner received his B.S. degree in animal science from University of Connecticut at Storrs in 2011, and was awarded his DVM degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. His special interests include behavior modification, pain management, internal medicine, and critical care. Outside of work, his interests include motorcycle riding, computers and technology, and caring for his menagerie. His family includes his girlfriend, Tina; two pitbulls; an American bulldog; three cats; two rabbits; two axolotls; and three goats. He is new to our team and excited to be part of it. Dr. Milner sees see small mammals (rats, bunnies, etc.) and exotic pets.

Tara was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in pre-veterinary science and a minor in chemistry. She has been working in the veterinary medical field for over 10 years, and her career with Banfield started in 2014 as a veterinary assistant right after college graduation. She has worked in multiple Banfield locations through the Pittsburgh market. During her free time, Tara and her husband enjoy going to the movies, being outdoors, hiking and spending quality time with their family and 5 dogs.
