    Welcome to Banfield Pet Hospital of Lake Oswego! We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon on N. State Street. Our team is passionate and caring for every pet that's in our care and we treat them as one of our own. We pride ourselves on our professional, quality service and truly believe that pets are family, which is why we endeavor to provide the best quality medicine.

    Our practice is all about preventive medicine, in hopes that your pet will be able to spend more fun and love filled years with you. In order to aid in this, we offer Optimum Wellness Plans that bundles preventive care services, help with the cost of preventive medicine, and give you easy access to the 1000+ Banfield Pet Hospitals nationwide. These Optimum Wellness Plans ensure ongoing preventive care for your pet, at every life and health stage. 

    We are conveniently open from 8am-7pm, 7 days a week. At 7am, we start taking early in hospital care appointments such as surgeries, dental cleanings, comprehensive exams, or pets that just aren't feeling their best. Please give us a call anytime during our business hours to schedule an appointment, or schedule one online through the Banfield.com website or app! Banfield Pet Hospital is always accepting new pet patients and same day access appointments may be available.     Dr. Kristin Deeder

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Deeder has been a veterinarian with Banfield since 2008. She completed her bachelor's degree at Dartmouth College and then attended veterinary school at Murdoch University in Australia. She loves her job very much, especially getting to know clients and seeing the bond they share with their pets. Some of her medical passions include dermatology and dentistry. Dr. Deeder loves to travel and her most exciting adventure to date was her summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2011. She shares her home with her husband, Jeff, her border collie, Murray, and her cat, Ruby.     Dr. Lauren Larson

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Larson is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She went to the University of California Santa Barbara where she studied microbiology and Spanish. Dr. Larson earned her doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of California in Davis. After completing a surgical internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, she worked for several years as an ambulatory veterinarian in Oregon City. Dr. Larson joined the Banfield team at Lake Owego in 2015. Her interests lie in surgery and emergency medicine and in her spare time, Dr. Larson enjoys horseback riding, crossfit, and skiing.     Dr. McKenna Martindale

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Martindale has been a veterinarian with Banfield since 2016. She completed her bachelor's degree and attended veterinary school at Oregon State University. She was raised in Lake Oswego and is excited to be back working as a veterinarian! Some of her medical passions include dermatology and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Martindale loves to travel, hike, and spend time on her small farm, and she shares her home with her husband, Scott, and two dogs, Bandit and Millie. More Details >>

    Dr. Jason Walker

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Walker is a Texas native and received undergraduate degrees in geography and biology. After graduation and working on a wildlife refuge for a year as a wildlife biologist, he was inspired to pursue veterinary medicine. He went to veterinary school at Texas A&M and during his fourth year, did an externship with Banfield in Portland, Oregon. The externship led to a job offer and after graduating veterinary school, Dr. Walker moved to Portland and joined the Lake Oswego team. He loves living in Oregon and is enjoying every minute of outdoor life that living here affords, from gardening at home to hiking with his 3 dogs. More Details >>

    Kelsi Eberle RVT, CVT

    Practice Manager

    Kelsi has been a veterinary technician since February 2017. She grew up in Southern California and completed her associate's degree in social and behavior science and then went on to complete her associate's degree in veterinary technology at Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA. Throughout school, Kelsi worked as a bather and then an accredited pet training instructor at PetSmart. During her last term of her program, she did her externship at Banfield in Tustin, CA, which led to a job offer after graduation. She and her husband decided to make the move to Oregon and she joined the Lake Oswego team in March 2019. After a few months, Kelsi accepted the practice manager position at the Lake Oswego location. She strives to support her team and her patients in order to make a better life for each and every pet the hospital sees. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and being outside. She currently lives in Beaverton with her husband, two snakes, and their chatty rock pebbler parakeet, Lil Pete. More Details >>
