    Dr. Jeffrey Vessell

I was born and raised in San Angelo, TX before moving to the DFW to attend and graduate from the University of North Texas in Denton. Because my passion is for exotics and wildlife I volunteered at the Dallas Zoo for 3 years, and participated in bird banding with the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary in McKinney. In 2014 I moved to St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. I spent my last year gaining clinical experience at Oregon State University, and after graduating in September 2018 I found I wasn't quite ready to leave Oregon, so I found a job here with Banfield. Eventually I hope to start a career in the zoo world, but until then I'm happy to care for the pets of Gresham. More Details >>
