    Dr. Lindsey Neafsey


    Dr. Lindsey Neafsey was born and raised in Hagerstown, MD. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA and preceded to veterinary school at The Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. Dr. Neafsey started her career with Banfield shortly after graduating from veterinary school, first in Rockville, MD, then to Greenville/Greer, SC, and finally back north to Ohio. She and her husband have a 3-month-old little girl, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 4 guinea pigs, a robo hamster and a bearded dragon.     Dr. Adrianne Garrett


    Dr. Adrianne "Annie" Garrett grew up in Hinckley Township with a menagerie of animals but spent most of her time with horses, dogs and cats. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Otterbein University in 2012 and her DVM degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. While at Ohio State, Dr. Garrett worked as an assistant at the OSU Veterinary Hospital of Dublin. She is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Equine Practitioners. Her veterinary interests are varied and include preventive care, small animal surgery, general and emergency medicine. In her free time, Dr. Garrett enjoys riding horses, boating, watching the Buckeyes play, biking, and going hiking with her English springer spaniel, Mayzie. More Details >>

    Practice Manager

    Julie has been with Banfield for 10 years. After attending Bowling Green State University for her bachelor's in communication, she decided that animals were her true passion and continued her education at Stautzenberger College for her Associate in Applied Science degree. She started out as a veterinary technician intern in Rossford, Ohio and has worked her way up to a Shift Lead at the Medina hospital. She has a pug named Betty and a puggle named Bart.     Shift Lead/Veterinary Technician

    Amanda graduated from Stautzenberger College in the beginning of 2009 with an associate's degree in applied science. She worked at Akron-Medina Veterinary Hospital for 2 years and then accepted part-time positions at Apple Creek Veterinary Hospital and Banfield Pet Hospital. After a few months, she was hired in at Banfield full-time and has worked here for the past 6 years. Amanda also likes to help out with shelters and will donate supplies when she can, and also has a part-time position at One Of A Kind in Akron. In her free time, Amanda really enjoys hanging out with friends and playing golf with her brothers. She is mom to the most amazing kitty cats in the world, Butch and Bill.     Veterinary Technician

    Paula graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in Parma, OH and has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2011. Her favorite animals to work with are cats and reptiles, but she also loves seeing new kitten appointments and answering questions from new pet parents. She currently has 6 cats and a dog named Charlie. In her spare time, Paula enjoys cooking vegetarian recipes and spending time with her husband.     Veterinary Technician

    Nikki received her Associate of Applied Science and Associate of Arts degrees from Cuyahoga Community College in 2015. She enjoys working with dogs and horses, and has 3 dogs of her own. Nikki also has a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. In her free time, she loves spending time outside with her family and going on new adventures.     Veterinary Assistant

    Kelsey is currently in the Veterinary Technician program at Kent State and will earn her associate's degree once she completes the program. When not working with animals, she enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing. At home, Kelsey has a beagle named Bella and a cat named Little Bit.     Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Coordinator

    Kelly has been at the Medina location since August 2010. She started as a client service coordinator but knew her true passion was being hands on as a veterinary assistant. She has since fully transitioned from the front desk to a cross trained veterinary assistant, and expanding her knowledge of the all aspects of the hospital. She currently resides with her large following of animals including a dog named Chunk, a cat named Maudette, a bearded dragon named Groot, along with geckos and fish.     Dominick graduated from Hiram College with B.A. degree in business management, where he also played college football. Dominick is an avid sports participant and fan, and also enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, his rottweiler, Torque, cat, Leo, and golden-doodle, Abby. He has been with team Medina for the last 3 years, and is one of the co-faces of the front desk. He is currently working towards marketing and advertising for Banfield. More Details >>


    Client Service Coordinator

    Diane has been a CSC at Banfield for several years at different locations, and enjoys strengthening the bond families have with their pets. When not at the front desk to greet or answer client calls, she's spending time with her 3 dogs (NutterButter, Edison and McDougal), 3 parrots (Pickles, Mikey and Ruffles), 6 chickens (Hazel, Hilda, Hope, Hennie, Heidi and Hufflepuff), fish (Elvis and his back up crew), and turtle (Rhapsody).
