Dr. Alison Fowle
Veterinarian
Dr. Alison Fowle grew up in Avon Lake, Ohio and received her bachelor's degree in biology from The Ohio State University. She also received her DVM degree from The Ohio State University, graduating in 2009. Dr. Fowle has worked for various shelters and small animal private practices in Northeast Ohio since graduation and has special interests in preventive care, surgery, and feline medicine. She lives in Canton, Ohio with her daughter, boyfriend, and 4 cats, and also has chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Dr. Fowle enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and all things Buckeyes.

Dr. Brittany Bogus
Veterinarian
Dr. Brittany Bogus joined the Medina Banfield in March of 2018 and prior to that, she worked for Banfield in North Fayette Township, Pennsylvania as a small animal veterinarian from 2017 - 2018. She is a 2017 graduate of the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She grew up in Brunswick, Ohio and enthusiastically accepted a full-time position as an Associate Veterinarian when it became available near her home town. In addition to providing medical care to dogs and cats, Dr. Bogus has a passion for studying aquatic animal medicine, and enjoys working with and learning about fish, marine mammals, aquatic reptiles, and amphibians. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, horseback riding, hiking, taking care of her snakes (California king snake, Oblina; Eastern milk snake, Tetris; and a black rat snake, Irving), and spending time with her significant other and cat, Trout.

Practice Manager
Julie has been with Banfield for 10 years. After attending Bowling Green State University for her bachelor's in communication, she decided that animals were her true passion and continued her education at Stautzenberger College for her Associate in Applied Science degree. She started out as a veterinary technician intern in Rossford, Ohio and has worked her way up to a Shift Lead at the Medina hospital. She has a pug named Betty and a puggle named Bart. Julie enjoys traveling, attending Cleveland Brown's games, and spending time outside as much as possible.

Amanda, RVT
Shift Lead/Veterinary Technician
Amanda graduated from Stautzenberger College in the beginning of 2009 with an associate's degree in applied science. She worked at Akron-Medina Veterinary Hospital for 2 years and then accepted part-time positions at Apple Creek Veterinary Hospital and Banfield Pet Hospital. After a few months, she was hired in at Banfield full-time and has worked here for the past 6 years. Amanda also likes to help out with shelters and will donate supplies when she can, and also has a part-time position at One Of A Kind in Akron. In her free time, Amanda really enjoys hanging out with friends and playing golf with her brothers. She is mom to the most amazing kitty cats in the world, Butch and Bill. In the future, she hopes to continue volunteering and wants to go to Costa Rica to work with the sloths.

Veterinary Technician
Paula graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in Parma, OH and has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2011. Her favorite animals to work with are cats and reptiles, but she also loves seeing new kitten appointments and answering questions from new pet parents. She currently has 6 cats and a dog named Charlie. In her spare time, Paula enjoys cooking vegetarian recipes and spending time with her husband. She recently joined Banfield and is looking forward to a long term career with the company.

Veterinary Technician
Tara is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and graduated from Stautzenberger College in 2010. She has always had a passion for animals and that's exactly what she gets to do every day, help animals and educate owners on how to care for their pets. Tara has been with Banfield for 4 years, but has also worked at an emergency hospital and a hospital specializing in orthopedics. She has 2 dogs, Emma and Princess, and 2 cats, Pete and Ivy, at home. Shift Lead/Veterinary Assistant
Kelly has been at the Medina location since August 2010. She started as a client service coordinator but knew her true passion was being hands on as a veterinary assistant. She has since fully transitioned from the front desk to a cross trained veterinary assistant, and expanding her knowledge of the all aspects of the hospital. She currently resides with her large following of animals including a dog named Chunk, a cat named Maudette, a bearded dragon named Groot, along with geckos and fish. Kelly is an avid outdoor lover including hiking, fishing and walking with Chunk on trails.

Kelsey has her Associate of Applied Science degree in veterinary technology from Kent State. When not working with animals, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping, and fishing. At home, Kelsey has a mixed breed named Teddy, a beagle named Bella and a cat named Little Bit. Her passion in life is to work with and help animals.

Kayla started at Banfield in March as a veterinary assistant and is currently attending Ross College to become a RVT. She also has a passion for photography and when not at Banfield, is working at her local newspaper in Wooster as a photographer or a second shooter for a local wedding photographer. Kayla has had a love for animals every since she was little and currently owns 3 cats, Cuddles, Muffin and Batman, and a dog named Kiba.

Diane has been a CSC at Banfield for several years at different locations, and enjoys strengthening the bond families have with their pets. When not at the front desk to greet or answer client calls, she's spending time with her 3 dogs (NutterButter, Edison and McDougal), 3 parrots (Pickles, Mikey and Ruffles), 6 chickens (Hazel, Hilda, Hope, Hennie, Heidi and Hufflepuff), fish (Elvis and his back up crew), and turtle (Rhapsody). Diane also spends time supporting a local senior dog rescue, and enjoys bonfires and time away with family.
