Dr. Susan Schneible
Chief of Staff
Dr. Schneible joined the Banfield team in November of 2010. She was able to grow this location into the thriving hospital it is today. Dr. Schneible grew up in Perry, NY, and learned a lot of things from her father who is also a veterinarian. After graduating high school, she attended Cornell University for four years and also traveled to Kenya, Africa for one semester. After Cornell, Dr. Shcneible attended St. Kitts in the Caribbean and Ross University. She did her clinical year at Kansas State University. Dr. Schneible shares her home with her two dogs, Gus and Harrison. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her new house, spending time with her family and dogs and four-wheeling.

Jennifer Walters, LVT
Practice Manager
Jenny has been with Banfield since January of 2012, and is extremely proud of how her team continuously exceeds expectations. She was born in Germany and lived in seven different states with her two sisters, brother, mother and father who was in the military. Jenny attended Alfred State University for Veterinary Technology and also just completed an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Jenny has been a veterinary technician for 11 years. She lives at home with her daughter, Laya, cat, Chloe and dog, Dallas. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loving family, making bonfires, going to the drive-in and playing guitar with her daughter.

Colleen Roy, LVT
Lead Veterinary Technician
Colleen joined the Banfield team in May of 2012. She started out as a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) while she was still attending Medaille College for Veterinary Technology. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in December of 2012, Colleen was able to make the transition from working as a CSC to working as a licensed technician. Colleen is the Associate Engagement Captain and works hard at keeping her team happy and making sure that we have an awesome work environment. She lives at home with her husband, cat, Thomas O'Malley and two Border Collies, Bizmark and Bear. When not at work, Colleen enjoys family time, hiking with her husband and dogs, camping, being crafty and baking.

Kelsey Kerlin, LVT
Veterinary Technician
Kelsey has been with Banfield since September of 2012. She lives in Holland, NY. After high school, Kelsey attended Alfred Stated University and received an associate’s degree in veterinary technology. Kelsey has 2 labs named Remmie and Leila. Along with Catherine, Kelsey is our other OSHA captain. She is great at making sure our codes are up to date and that there are no safety issues for the staff, clients or pets. When she is not at work, Kelsey enjoys hiking and going on nature walks with her boyfriend and two dogs.

Ruth joined the Banfield team in April of 2014. Her life passion is working with pets, and she enjoys being able to help them. She has dedicated herself to giving clients exceptional experience and make them feel welcomed to our Banfield family. She lives at home with her husband, daughter and pets.

Chelsea Iuliano, CSC
Client Service Coordinator
Chelsea became a part of the Banfield team in June of 2014. She lives at home with her Jack Russell named Rosie, her Pit Bull named Taz and her son Louie. Chelsea will be starting Medaille College in the fall for Vet tech/Pre-vet and hopes to one day become a veterinarian. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and three brothers, hiking, snowboarding, reading and traveling.

Kimberly Schwartz, LVT
Veterinary Technician
Kimberly joined the Banfield team in September of 2014. She completed the veterinary technology associate degree program through Penn Foster College and graduated in November of 2013. Kim has 2 cockatiels named Pete and Spike, a parakeet named Sprite, a quaker parrot named Pickles, a rose-breasted cockatoo named Rosie, a chinchilla named Dusty, a rabbit names Pantala and two rats named Peanut and Rory. In her free time, Kim enjoys working out, photographing animals, wildlife and nature, going to Dave Matthews Band concerts, and spending time with her husband and pets.

Alysia Vertino
Client Service Coordinator
Alysia joined the Banfield team in December of 2014. Her life passion is working and caring for pets. After having to adjust to taking care of her own 11-year-old German Shepherd Sierra, who needs assistance with mobility in her wheelchair, Alysia has a new fond love for elderly pets. She also has a lab named Bella. She currently lives at home with her parents and younger sister. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys the beach, camping and summer time. She hopes to one day open her own rescue and continue to help care for and save animals.
