Dr. Kristen Mitchell
Veterinarian
Dr. Mitchell has been with Banfield, Marlton since 2015. She received her undergraduate degree in environmental science from Gettysburg College. After working for a few years in the environmental field, Dr. Mitchell decided to pursue her true life's passion of veterinary medicine. She attended veterinary school at Glasgow University in Scotland, graduating in 2015. She decided to move back to her home state and is now happily settled with her husband and rescue dogs, Bella and Cocoa.

Stephanie Gordon
Practice Manager
Stephanie has always had a passion of working in the medical field. She attended the University of the Health Science’s in Philadelphia originally for physical therapy. She grew up rescuing and caring for outdoor cats, bringing them to get spayed and neutered with her parents. She fell into her passion while in college working at a kennel/private practice. She started her career with Banfield as a vet assistant and soon became a shift lead prior to her promotion to a practice manager. When she is not dedicated to the hospital and caring for pets, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Axel, scuba diving, yoga, and a numerous amount of outdoor activities.

Lauren DiPilla
Veterinary Assistant
Lauren has been a veterinary assistant with Banfield, Marlton since 2012. She received her BA degree in journalism from Temple University and now works full time at TD Bank's corporate offices in Mount Laurel. At home, she has a Russian blue mix named Asher. When not at work, she spends time with family and friends, assists with Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter's Facebook page, and is involved in community theatre. Lauren loves all the patients that come in, but has a soft spot for cats and tiny dogs!

Felicia Divito
Veterinary Assistant
Felicia began working for Banfield as a veterinary assistant in 2013 and continues to expand her passion for all animals every day. Prior to coming to Banfield, Felicia attended Virginia Intermont College and majored in equine studies. While in attendance, she competed on the school’s Intercollegiate Horse Show Association riding team, even placed at the national level final in 2011. After school, Felicia had an opportunity to work for some of the top hunter and jumper riders and trainers. She traveled up and down the east coast attending the top horse shows with the elite horses. Through her travels she met her husband, Billy. They later decided to start a family and now live in south Jersey with their son, Bill, and three dogs, Oliver the Jack Russell/Chihuahua, Claire the long haired Chihuahua, and Dipper the Great Dane.

Veterinary Assistant
Keri has been in the veterinary field for 3 years and has had a love for animals since she was little. She grew up spending time on her family's farm in France and has always enjoyed the company of animals. Keri has 3 of her own including a dog named Betty and 2 cats, Kenai and Koda.

Rebecca Butterworth
Veterinary Assistant
Rebecca is from Delaware and attended the University of Delaware. She has been a veterinary technician/assistant for 8 years, starting at a private practice that did a lot of emergency medicine and then joining Banfield in Delaware about 3 years ago. She became a member of New Jersey Banfield in February 2017. Some of her favorite things include dogs, scuba diving, traveling, baking, and cooking.

Aliya Frankel
Veterinary Assistant
Aliya, also known as Ali, is originally from South Jersey and moved to Columbia, SC in September 2015 to work as a mammal keeper at Riverbanks Zoo. Soon after, she came across the awesome opportunity to join Banfield in South Carolina. She has now been working as a veterinary assistant for about 2 years and made her way back to New Jersey! Although she is no longer a zookeeper, Ali has devoted her time and passion to taking care of pets, and she couldn't be happier!

Dezirae is currently going to school at Camden County College to become a Certified Veterinarian Technician. She has been with Banfield since 2016 and has two years of pet care experience. In her free time, she loves to play in the snow with her dog, Diesel.
