Dr. Susan Denault
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Denault graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995, fulfilling a dream to become a veterinarian that started in kindergarten. She has worked in several small animal hospitals and has also worked with local shelters, providing medical care for homeless pets. Dr. Denault joined the Banfield family in December of 2013 and has worked at both the Manchester and Salem, NH locations. Dr. Denault also volunteers with the Boy Scouts as a merit badge counselor and in 4H, helping teach young people about pet care and veterinary medicine. In her time away from work, she, her husband and 3 children enjoy camping, competing in dog sporting events with their 2 Nova Scotia duck tolling retrievers, and taking care of the family's 2 cats, 2 goats and assorted chickens.

Dr. Jennifer Troy
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Troy is a 2016 graduate of Ross University Veterinary Medicine. She started as an extern in August 2016 with Banfield and never left! She fell in love with the quality of medicine that Banfield provides to clients. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and preventive medicine. During her free time, Dr. Troy loves to travel and do anything that involves the outdoors! Her family consists of 2 dogs, 2 horses, 3 cats and many chickens.

Sarah Ricard, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician
Sarah has been working in the veterinary field for over 12 years and has a passion for dentistry. She joined Banfield in 2007 and has been part of the Salem, NH location since 2011. Sarah loves giant breed dogs and elderly cats. Sarah and her husband, Ray, have been blessed with a beautiful daughter named Penny, and they have 2 English mastiffs, Lenny and Kurt, a cat named Rango, multiple chickens, and ducks.

Kelcie Fisher, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician
Originally from Tewksbury, MA, Kelcie moved to Colorado to pursue her interest in pet medicine, and graduated from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology of Denver, CO in 2012. After an internship with Banfield while in school, Kelcie became drawn to preventive medicine and started her career as a Certified Veterinary Technician with Banfield. In 2014, she moved to New Hampshire and joined the team in Salem. When she is not in work, she likes to spend time with friends, play video games, and relax by going to the movies or watching anime from the comfort of home.

Hannah Hubbell, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician
Hannah has always had a strong love for animals and knew that she wanted to pursue a career working with them. After obtaining her degree in veterinary technology from State University of New York at Delhi, she began working at Banfield in January 2009. She spent her first 6 years at the Nashua location before transferring to the Salem, NH team in 2016 to be a Shift Lead. Her favorite hobbies include spending time with her husband and new daughter, Sophia, or spending time at the beach or pool. Hannah is very passionate about animal rescue and has 2 rescue dogs that she adores cuddling with as much as possible.

Lindsay Matrumalo
Practice Manager
Lindsay has been with Banfield since 2016, and has been in the veterinary field since 2009. She studied wildlife ecology at UNH, and has experience working in zoo settings with a wide range of exotic species. Lindsay enjoys client education, as well as associate education, and supporting her team so they can continue learning on a daily basis. She lives in Sandown with her husband, son, dog, and cat. Her hobbies include reading, enjoying nature, and spending time with her family.
