Dr. Stephanie Smith
Veterinarian
Dr. Stephanie R. Smith graduated from the University of Georgia and has worked with Banfield for over 9 years. Her special interests include dogs, cats, internal medicine, surgery and oncology. She has three pets including a rescued Yorkie (Elton John), a rescued black and white cat (Kat Ballou), and a rescued border collie (Havasu). She loves being a veterinarian but when she's off, her leisure time is occupied with pets, playing a variety of stringed instruments with little skill and great enthusiasm, gardening, reading, learning to paddle board, fishing (pole in water, nothing on the hook), and spending time with family and friends enjoying the great North Carolina coast.
