    Dr. Tierra Kershaw

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Tierra Kershaw completed her undergraduate degree at North Carolina A&T and then went on to receive her DVM from Tuskegee University in 2013. During veterinary school, she had the opportunity to participate in international service trips to Nicaragua, Jamaica, and Egypt. She has a strong interest in preventive care and alternative medicine. When not at work, Dr. Kershaw enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a veterinarian, playing with her daughter, and enjoying the great outdoors. She also enjoys the company of her 6 dogs (Hersey, Sweet Pea, Dende, Luna, Kenny, Smokey), and Blue Crown Conure (Jack). More Details >>

    Dr. Radhakrishna Para

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Radhakrishna Para is a graduate from ANGR Agricultural University, India. He completed his master's in biology from Marshall University in West Virginia, and did research in food allergy at Michigan State University before joining Banfield in 2013. His veterinary interests include surgery and internal medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Para enjoys watching movies, gardening, and spending with his pets - a dog named Scooby Doo and two cats, Barney and Simba. More Details >>

    Dr. Katherine McKelvey

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Katherine McKelvey graduated from the University of Michigan in 2007, followed by veterinary school at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She went to Iowa State in 2011 for a comparative reproductive internship and then moved to the beautiful NC area in 2012 for a Theriogenology (reproductive) Residency. Dr. McKelvey started with Banfield as a boarded Theriogenologist in late 2015 and is implementing reproductive technique into her practice.     Dr. Madhukar Kolli

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Madhukar Kolli graduated from the College of Veterinary Science at Acharya N.G Ranga University in Tirupathi, India in 2004. He came to the U.S. and pursued a master's in biology at Marshall University in West Virginia, and did research during his PhD in biomedical sciences at Joan C. Edward School of Medicine with an emphasis in physiology, pharmacology and toxicology. Dr. Kolli worked as a veterinarian at the Help for Animals Clinic in Huntington, West Virginia in 2012, and then moved to Fayetteville and joined Banfield in December of that year. Dr. Kolli lives with his wife and 2 kids, Sreekar and Sreenidhi, and a fox terrier named Candy. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, swimming, and playing volleyball.
