Dr. Melissa Goff
Veterinarian
Dr. Melissa Goff grew up in Bath, OH and attended The Ohio State University for both her bachelor's degree in biochemistry and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Goff graduated in May 2016 and relocated to Charlotte soon after accepting a position with Banfield. She has a special interests in internal medicine and nutrition. Dr. Goff has two rescue dogs, Rufus and Wesson, and in her spare time, she loves working out, being outside and active, and hiking with her dogs and friends.

Dr. Charissa Killion
Veterinarian
Dr. Killion grew up in a military family, living in Pekin, Illinois (her hometown) and then Jacksonville, NC and on to Rota, Spain. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Eureka College in Eureka, Illinois. She is a graduate of St George's University and completed her clinical training at LSU. Dr. Killion worked with a mobile veterinarian in Illinois for a few months after graduating before starting at Banfied in Charlotte in May of 2016. Family and friends, and of course her pets: 2 dogs, Berkeley and Nailah, a cat named Emilia and a snake, Salazar, are most important. Dr. Killion loves enjoying the year long outdoor life that comes with living in the south!

Dr. Jenevia Davis
Veterinarian
Jenevia Davis was born in Charlotte NC and then raised in Clover SC. She earned a bachelor’s of Animal Science and Preveterinary medicine from Clemson University, then went on to Mississippi State to achieve her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. In her spare time she enjoys the following: Crocheting, spending time with her pets, hiking, traveling and baking. She is the proud owner of seven dogs (Mikey, Hyde, McCoy, Hans, Leia, Hampton, and Boris) and two cats (Beekers and Poof) currently. She enjoys dentistry, internal medicine, and helping people enjoy their furbabies for as long as possible.

Dr. Pamela Lawther
Veterinarian
Originally a native New Yorker, Dr. Lawther moved to North Carolina prior to veterinary school and proudly considers herself a southern convert. She completed her didactic veterinary education at St. George’s University and finished her clinical year of school at the University of Tennessee. She is passionate about building relationships with clients and their pets, and helping enhance the human animal bond through quality medicine and client education. When she is not helping patients, Dr. Lawther enjoys riding her horse, practicing yoga, working out, and spending time with family and her dogs.

Dr. Jayda Spratling
Veterinarian
Dr. Jayda Spratling was born in Long Island, NY and grew up in Raleigh, NC. She earned her bachelor's degree in Laboratory Animal Science from North Carolina A&T State University. She then obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree after graduating in May 2020 from North Carolina State University. Her special interests include both internal medicine and cardiology. At home she has one dog and one cat, Magic and Meekah, who are both very sweet and incredibly unique! While not at work she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Practice Manager
Heather has been with Banfield for 12 years and with the Cotswold location for 5. She is originally from Chesapeake, VA but moved to Charlotte in her early teen years. She is happily married with 4 children, Bodhi, Noah, Rylee, and Sawyer along with her pets, Roxanne, Pongo, Nike, Pepper, Ebi and Flake. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing guitar and writing. She is very passionate about preventive care and client interaction.
