    Dr. Anne Wood

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Anne Wood graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri in 2002 with a biology major and psychology minor. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in Columbia, graduating in 2006. Dr. Wood spent her next year at Purdue University in Lafayette, IN completing an internship in small animal medicine and surgery. She then moved back to her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri and practiced emergency veterinary medicine and surgery until late 2013 when she joined the Banfield team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Her favorite trip so far was a month long tour of New Zealand!     Dr. Michelle Griffin

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Michelle Griffin graduated with her undergraduate's from Truman State University in 2002 in Agricultural Science and Biology, completing her veterinary degree from the University of Missouri in 2007. Dr. Griffin joined Banfield in March of 2008 at our Saint Charles location, eventually finding her home at Bridgeton in 2012. Dr. Griffin lives with her 2 dogs and enjoys reading and playing bingo.     Dr. Lauren Henderson

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Henderson is a 2014 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to Banfield, she worked for a busy 7 doctor practice. She has a passion for preventive care and saw what the lack of it can do for patients. She has a strong drive to ensure clients are educated about things that can be prevented in their pets. Her career interests include radiology and ultrasound. She enjoys spending time with her husband, a music teacher and musician, pit bull named Cora, 2 cats, Edmund and Cheri, and enjoys hiking.     Tracy has been with Banfield for 24 years, and is currently working toward her master's degree in business with plans to graduate in 2018.     Shift Lead/Registered Veterinary Technician

    Lauren has been with Banfield since March 2015. She obtained her veterinary technician degree from Jefferson College and has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2008. She went back to school and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in organizational psychology from Argosy University. Lauren has 2 dogs: Jack, a bloodhound/Aussie mix, and Darcie, a pit bull. She also has 2 cats, Annie and Baxter, and is a proud mom to a handsome 5-year-old son named Nathan. Lauren chose Banfield for the opportunities to grow in her career as well as to network with other technicians and doctors.     Registered Veterinary Technician

    Kimberly graduated from Hickey College's Veterinary Technical School in 2012 and then completed a Banfield externship in O'Fallon, MO, eventually transferring to Bridgeton in 2013. She has a son named Kevin, a daughter named Kaylynn, 3 cats (Freddie, Star, and Dave) and 2 dogs (Fletcher and Emma). Kimberly loves Banfield and believes in practicing the highest quality of medicine for each pet, which is not solely based on the medical procedures performed, but also in the care and compassion shown to each pet when they are in her care.     Veterinary Assistant

    Brittney has been with Banfield for 2 years. She is a recent graduate from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in chemistry. She has 2 cocker spaniel mixes named Ruby and Lilly. Brittney chose to work at Banfield because of the gold standard medicine practiced and she knew she could learn a lot from working here.
