    Dr. Caroline Davis

Dr. Caroline Davis is originally from Milwaukee, WI, but has lived in the Twin Cities the past eight years. She went to Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY for her undergraduate studies and completed her veterinary degree at University of Minnesota in May 2010. During veterinary school, she worked for Banfield Pet Hospital. She joined the Eagan team as a doctor in July 2010. At home, she has a black cat named Cricket who thankfully convinced her husband that cats are fantastic! She also has a Boston Terrier named Carl. When not at work, she often works on artwork - mostly paintings and usually animal-related. Dr. Davis also enjoys reading as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, running and of course travelling. More Details >>

    Dr. Morgan Leisen

Dr. Leisen is from Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. She also earned a Masters of Public Health at the University of Iowa. Dr. Leisen has been with Banfield since 2012, initially practicing in Pennsylvania. She was able to move back to Minnesota to be closer to family and ensuring that her son is able to grow up close to family as well. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Leisen spends time with family and her two dogs. Outside veterinary medicine, she is a certified yoga instructor. She enjoys being outside in the warm weather, going to local festivals and farmers markets, doing arts and crafts, and seeing stage performances (music, dance, or theater). More Details >>

    Dr. Lacey Rutledge

Dr. Lacey Rutledge grew up here in the Twin Cities. She moved out west to attend undergraduate school at Willamette University in Oregon. From there she spent a few years in Colorado, where she met her husband while working together on a ranch. She returned to Minnesota to attend veterinary school at the University of Minnesota, and graduated in 2020. Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion, and Dr. Rutledge loves learning something new from every patient she meets. Away from work, you’ll find Dr. Rutledge hanging out with her husband and their two dogs, Cooper (Boxer mix) and Gus (Saint Bernard mix). She is happiest outside and loves hiking, horseback riding, camping, and relaxing with a good book! More Details >>

    Dr. Caitlin Lattimer

Dr. Lattimer is originally from Cedar Falls, Iowa and joined Banfield in June 2017. She always had a love and interest in animals, the environment, and conservation of wildlife and natural resources. She attended Iowa State University to earn her bachelor's degree in animal ecology and worked at Iowa State University's Wildlife Care Clinic throughout her undergraduate career. Upon graduation, she completed an internship with the veterinary team at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Orlando, and then returned to Iowa to start veterinary school at Iowa State University. Her professional interests include small animal and exotics medicine, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, preventive care and acupuncture/alternative medicine. When not working, Dr. Lattimer loves to travel (she's trying to visit every continent) and get outside whenever possible but you're more likely to find her on the couch cuddling her two cats and rescue pup, Tommy. Veterinary Technican

My husband, Dan, and I live in Minneapolis with our two dogs, Hazel and Gail, and our cat, Nala. I am originally from La Crosse, WI but have lived in Minneapolis for the past 10 years. Most of my work experience has been in retail management, but my favorite position was an operations supervisor at the Animal Humane Society. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outside with friends and family. In the past few years I have also started running and have ran a couple marathons; I'm hoping to run another whenever large events are able to happen again. More Details >>
