Dr. Owens graduated from the University of Florida in 1995. She has spent most of her professional career practicing general as well as emergency small animal medicine and surgery in both Maryland and Florida. She is a Maryland native and an alumna of the Catholic High School of Baltimore (’87) and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (’91) now known as Notre Dame University. Dr. Owens has been with Banfield since July of 2013 practicing at Greenbelt, Bowie and the Annapolis locations. In January of 2017, she earned the promotion to Chief of Staff at Greenbelt. She has 2 cats and a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, and enjoys the outdoors with both her human and animal family.

Dr. Rosero graduated from the Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in laboratory animal science magna cum laude from the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2003. Dr. Rosero joined Banfield Pet Hospital in November of 2009. A native of Forestville, Maryland, Dr. Rosero has practiced in the Greenbelt, Largo, and Waldorf hospitals.

Dr. Sanders graduated from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She is a proud class of 2014 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in veterinary and biomedical sciences. She is a native of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. It has been her dream since a young child to one day have the knowledge to help serve her community by doing her best to care for all animals who may cross her path. While in vet school, she was able to get her feet wet by participating in two Banfield student job programs at the Annapolis and Largo locations. Her interests include shelter medicine, behavior, dermatology, and radiology. In her spare time, Dr. Sanders enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places, preferably with a beach.
