    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Norris earned a bachelor's degree in animal science from the University of New Hampshire in 2004 and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 2009. She began practicing with Banfield in North Carolina following graduation. After 2 years in North Carolina, she moved home to New England and joined the Woburn team. Dr. Norris has a special interest in dentistry, although her favorite aspect of the profession is establishing a lifelong relationship with her patients and their families. She lives at home with her husband and 2 beautiful children, as well as her dog, Beau, and cats, Lucifer, Guyton and Fenway. He received his doctorate from Colorado State University in 1977, and has over 40 years experience with emergency, critical care, dentistry, surgery and preventive care.     Samantha, also known as Sam, joined Banfield in January 2017 as our client service coordinator and is our current safety captain. Sam has an animal care associates degree from North Shore Community College and is currently attending North Shore Community College furthering her credentials to help animals and the environment. Sam has a turtle named Little Foot and two cats named Santa Paws and Oreo. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, if you couldn't tell by her cat's name, and she is also an avid Disney fan.
