Dr. Melissa Bartlett is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Auburn University School of Veterinary in Alabama in 2015. Dr. Bartlett recently moved from Tampa, Florida with her basset hound, Mason, and cat, Ella. She has a special interest in preventive care, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Kelly Bradley is originally from Dennisville, NJ. She completed her undergraduate degree at Boston University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Midwestern University in Arizona. She enjoys practicing general medicine, with a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Dr. Bradley has two pets of her own, a Chihuahua, Emmy, and a cat, Liv.

Kerri Hilton
Veterinary Assistant
Originally from Oregon, Kerri has spent most of her life on the west coast. She got her degree in biology in 2015 from the University of Oregon and joined Banfield later that fall. Kerri and her cat, Whiskey (pictured above), moved to Boston in the fall of 2016 to join the Everett team, and she will be applying to veterinary schools in the next year or two. In her off time, Kerri enjoys doing all kinds of activities from hiking, rock climbing, video games, escape rooms, theater, acro-yoga, and more. She has also volunteered with shelters, rescues, zoos and veterinary offices throughout her life.

Mimmi Pham
Veterinary Assistant
Mimmi is from Roslindale, MA and grew up befriending the local stray cats, as well as volunteering at her local horse stable. She attended Roxbury Community College's Veterinary Assistant Program and from there interned at VCA Brookline. Her dream is to become a wildlife vet technician/rehabilitator, and she plans to attend the Penn Foster Vet Technician program. Mimmi also has a hamster named Maddox.

Aria started her work in veterinary medicine as a volunteer at a non-profit spay/neuter clinic. After two years, she turned that training and experience into a career by joining the Banfield team as a veterinary assistant. Since then, she has been able to continue her passion of working with animals, while pursuing a degree in neuroscience and a career in medicine.

Rebecca grew up in Lynn, Massachusetts. She went to school for animal care and worked at a dog daycare for almost 2 years where she trained and groomed, gaining a lot of experience handling animals. She has previously volunteered in different hospitals as well as at a German Shepherd rescue. Rebecca has 2 cats named Oreo and Cookie. Banfield is the first pet hospital she's worked for and she couldn’t be more grateful. Everyone immediately made her feel welcome!

Crista spends her free time hanging around and going on walks with her pup, Lilly, as well as being lazy with her two cats, Champ and Patches!
