    Dr. Inna Makarenko


    Dr. Makarenko is a foreign veterinary graduate, born and raised in Russia. She has been interested in becoming a veterinarian since she was a teenager, and has worked as a dog trainer, a veterinary technician, and after graduating from veterinary university in Russia and going through evaluation process in the USA, she got her license and joined Banfield in 2017. Dr. Makarenko is interested in preventive care and well-being of pets, behavioral science, reproductive health, internal medicine and soft tissue surgeries. When not working, Dr. Makarenko enjoys outside activities and car traveling across the country, swimming, jogging and hanging out with her husband and daughter. She shares her house with an adorable Labrador dog, a cat, and a ball python snake. More Details >>

    Dr. Nicole Fisher


    Dr. Fisher is originally from Pawtucket, Rhode Island but moved to Florida to attend Eckerd College where she earned a B.S. degree in marine biology with a minor in psychology. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Florida with an extra certificate in aquatic animal health. Dr. Fisher is our primary surgeon and particularly enjoys educating clients on the need for their pet's dental care. Every other year, Dr. Fisher and her husband travel to Roatan, Honduras with the University of Florida to participate in a spay/neuter/vaccine clinic for the residents there. In her free time, Dr. Fisher loves to stay active and travel with her family - hiking, skiing, swimming and chasing after her toddlers. She has two cats, Barnaby and Maggie, and two dogs, Clayton and Finley. More Details >>
