    Dr. Andrea Nieman

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Nieman has been with the Florence hospital since April 2010. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Western Kentucky University in 2005, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn in 2009. During her summers in veterinary school, Dr. Nieman worked for Banfield as a student ambassador learning about the importance of preventive care. While in practice, Dr. Nieman enjoys connecting with clients and helping her fellow colleagues learn and grow. She loves nutrition and educating her clients on how to read nutrition labels and finding the right food that addresses pets’ needs. Dr. Nieman's passions outside of work include yearly mission trips to Mexico for spay and neuter clinics, horseback riding and spending time with family, friends, her Staffordshire terrier mix, Carly, and Tibetan spaniel mix, Dallas.     Dr. Jessica Brinkman

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Brinkman was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and attended St. Henry through high school. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biology and Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2005. She worked at Florence Banfield as a PetNurse before attending Auburn University and earning her doctorate of veterinary medicine in 2010. She completed a small animal internship in Chicago before returning home and becoming a veterinarian at Florence Banfield in July of 2011. Her primary interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine and oncology. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, Brian, and two dogs, Brody and Charlie. More Details >>
