    Dr. Melody Gierbolini

    Veterinarian

As a young girl in Puerto Rico, Dr. Gierbolini remembers having an instant attachment to animals. What better way to spend the day than by playing with pets and at the same time, making a difference in their lives by providing wellness education to their owners? She met her husband, Andy, at Purdue University while she was attending veterinary school. They have two wonderful children, a boy and a girl, as well as a Great Dane named Scooby. Dr. Gierbolini enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, and catching a few zzz’s when she has a few extra minutes. She obtained her undergraduate and DVM degrees from Purdue University, and she joined the Banfield team in 2009. Dr. Gierbolini looks forward to meeting you and your pet family!! More Details >>

    Dr. Jamie Jackson

    Veterinarian

Dr. Jackson fondly recalls her first dog, Sophie, a golden retriever who taught her the importance of the human-animal bond. As a direct result of their special connection, Dr. Jackson started working at an animal kennel when she was 16 years old. That experience quickly taught her that she was indeed passionate for all pets and that she wanted to study animal science/biology. Dr. Jackson earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and DVM at Purdue University, and she has an interest in clinical pathology (analyzing laboratory samples and test results). When not working, Dr. Jackson enjoys hanging out with her 10-year-old cat, Marble, and taking long walks with her 7-year-old black lab, Andy. She also likes trying new sushi restaurants with friends, swimming and yoga. Dr. Jackson is here to be an advocate for your pet's medical needs, while understanding the depth and complexity of the bond between you and your pet. More Details >>

    Dr. Allison Micich

    Veterinarian

Dr. Micich began her journey toward her true passion at a very early age. While other kids were playing dolls, she could be found trying to "fix" her stuffed animals. Her parents were also animal lovers so they had a menagerie of animals including dogs, cats, hamsters and guinea pigs. During a veterinarian visit with her mom, Dr. Micich was excited to discover that she could blend her two favorite things together - animals and science. From there, her career path was set! Dr. Micich attended Purdue University for her bachelor's degree in animal science and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Glasgow. She looks forward to meeting you and your pet! "There are two means of refuge from the tough times in life: animals and music." More Details >>
