This Banfield Pet Hospital provides pet health care services to resident in Countryside, IL and the surrounding communities. We're located inside the Countryside Shopping Plaza, a short drive off the Stevenson Expressway. Like all of our pet hospitals, this location is equipped to work with dogs, cats, and other pets in need of quality health care. We offer vaccinations, routine check-ups, nutritional advice, medical treatments, and more.

Dr. Riffice joined Banfield Pet Hospital of Countryside as an Associate Veterinarian in July 2012. She graduated from Iowa State Veterinary College of Medicine in May 2012. Prior to that, she received a master’s in business administration from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at University of Illinois. Dr. Riffice initially started with Banfield Pet Hospital in 1999 when she was hired as a veterinary technician. She is originally from the Chicago suburbs, and currently resides in Downers Grove. She keeps herself busy with three lovable kitties named Sebastian, Paris and Felix, a goofy Great Dane named Doddie and a spunky horse named Mac. She enjoys riding horses in her free time

Dr. Burnham McQuillan graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Her undergraduate degrees in biology and equestrian studies are from Salem College in West Virginia. After graduating from OSU, she worked in private practice. Her first job as a veterinarian was in a small animal and equine practice outside of Memphis, TN. She joined Banfield Pet Hospital in 1998 and was the Chief of Staff at the Orland Hills hospital for six years. In 2009, she took over the Downers Grove / Lombard location. Dr. Burnham McQuillan lives with her husband Bill and their son Kyle in the southwestern Chicago suburbs. They own two boxer dogs named Tank and Bella, two cats named Sushi and Calamari, a rabbit, and six hens. In her spare time, Dr. Burnham McQuillan likes photography, quilting, and reading.
