    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Inniss is a 1999 graduate of the Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine and is the current Chief of Staff. He has received additional veterinary training and has interests in exotic animal medicine and care, internal medicine, ophthalmology, dermatology and soft-tissue surgery. He also coaches many newly graduate veterinarians in the often difficult transition from academia to clinical practice and has other interests in mentoring younger future veterinarians seeking guidance.     Dr. Aurelio Arenas


    Dr. Arenas was born in Boston, MA and grew up in Venezuela and Italy. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Saint Mary Federal University in Brazil and is fully accredited to practice in the USA, Brazil and Venezuela. He is bilingual in both Spanish and English. Dr. Arenas takes special interest in all fields of small animal practice and surgery. When he is not working, Dr. Arenas enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, their cat named Nellie and two Parrot Fish.     Dr. Melissa Navarro Torres


    Dr. Navarro Torres was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and joined Banfield in 2015. Dr. Navarro Torres is fluent in both Spanish and English, enjoys ophthalmology, and hopes to expand her practice to include large animals. More Details >>

    Dr. Laura Reiss


    Dr. Reiss was born and raised on Long Island, NY and knew from an early age that she wanted to be a veterinarian. She moved to Georgia in 1996 and attended the University of Georgia,and animal science along with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Reiss joined Banfield in 2011 and focuses her expertise on providing comprehensive preventive care to her patients. She believes that with client education and preventive care, pets can live longer, healthier and happier lives. She has two black cats, Magic and Twinkle, and in her free time, Dr. Reiss enjoys rock hounding, visiting amusement parks, and playing Pokemon Go and Final Fantasy 14. More Details >>
