Dr. Bassem Eskander
Dr. Bassem Eskander was born and raised in Egypt. He discovered his passion for veterinary medicine when he was about 17 years old and has since pursued his dream. Dr. Eskander graduated from Tanta University, receiving his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. After moving to the United States in 2006, he continued his education at Oklahoma State University. His primary experience and interest is caring for canine and feline family members. When not in the office, Dr. Eskander enjoys friendly games of basketball and soccer with his friends.

Dr. Deanna Armstrong
Dr. Deanna Armstrong is originally from the Florida Keys, where she enjoyed boating, fishing, and snorkeling. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science and then completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Armstrong moved to Orlando to be near family and friends, and began her professional career as a small animal emergency veterinarian. Dr. Armstrong joined the Banfield family in 2015, where she offers conventional western medicine, world-class preventive care, veterinary acupuncture, and Chinese herbal therapy. Her professional interests include veterinary acupuncture, emergency medicine/critical care, and feline medicine. Dr. Armstrong enjoys traveling, reading books, and spending time with her family, pets, and loved ones in her free time. She is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist.
