    Tallahassee residents in need of pet care and veterinary services are welcome to visit the Banfield Pet Hospital. We are located a short drive northeast of downtown Tallahassee along the Capital Circle beltway.

    Our Tallahassee veterinarians believe that pets are an important member of your family. Our philosophy is that pets deserve the same quality health care that any other member of your family would receive. Whatever you bring your pet to us for, vaccinations, preventive care, routine check-ups, or illness, we will devote our full attention and knowledge to helping your pet.

    Dr. Farmer

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Farmer graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She also earned her Master of Public Health degree at the same time. She has a passion for preventive care and clinical pathology. Dr. Farmer has 5 dogs, Muzzy, Barkleigh, Tassee, Rosie, and Gunner and 2 cats, Moose and Irma. She also enjoys helping her grandmother manage her cattle farm in nearby Quincy. Dr. Farmer is an avid sports fan cheering for the Gators, 49ers, and San Francisco Giants.     Dr. Iheoma Ehie


    Dr. Ehie earned her bachelor's degree in animal and poultry science, as well as her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University. She practiced in Savannah before moving to Tallahassee with her cats, Thelma and Louise, and her dog, Roxy. Dr. Ehie is very passionate about preventive care and parasitology.     Dr. Madsen earned her bachelor's degree in Animal Science at FAMU and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. War Eagle! Dr. Madsen is from Tallahassee, FL. She came back because her parents own a local printing business. Dr. Madsen's passions include but are not limited to dancing Zouk and Bachata.     Practice Manager

    Tiffany Smith is the practice manager for the Tallahassee location. She is originally from Miami, FL. She graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. Tiffany has been with Banfield since 2013 and she is passionate for animals and their wellbeing's, but she is also a strong advocate for the pitbull world! She was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL where she attended Florida State University and received her bachelor's degree in biological science in 2013.
