Practice Manager
Madison joined the Banfield team in 2019, and her goal is to become a CVT through the Penn Foster program. She has a good mix of cats and dogs in which she enjoys spending her time. If you can't find her at work, she is probably at the beach.

Kassidi is a newer addition to the Banfield team having just joined at the beginning of 2020. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a BS in Environmental Studies, Kassidi moved back to Jacksonville and decided to pursue her passion for animals. She lives with her sister/best friend along with three cats: Tibbs, Spanky and Lola. In her off time, she enjoys reading, painting, crafting, and just snuggling up with her cats and watching tv.

Veterinary Assistant
Jacqulyn has been with Banfield since 2010 and loves helping all the animals and seeing them grow up. She says that being with the pets and the owners during the good times and the harder times is why she chooses to stay. Jackie grew up in Orange Park, FL and her family of 5 still lives in the area. She loves to spend time together with her family and stay active by going to the zoo, paddle boarding, playing card games, board games and putting puzzles together.

Shift Lead
Melissa moved to Jacksonville in 2013 from South Florida. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology at the University of North Florida and is currently studying for her CVT license. Melissa has been with Banfield since March 2017. She has two dogs, Koda and Lyric, and a tortoise named Titto. On her time off, she enjoys cooking, kayaking, mountain biking, photography, reading music, and hanging out with her husband and pups.

Veterinary Assistant
Ashley is a Florida girl from Ponte Vedra Beach, who attended Florida State University and obtained a BA in English. While most of her life was spent around animals, she decided to take her passions to a professional level and started in the veterinary medicine field in 2010 and then began her emergency and critical care career in 2017. Ashley and her husband love to spend time with their fur babies. They have 3 dogs (Bo, Delilah, Sunny) 2 cats (Feebee and Mowgli) a Conure (Reggie) and a charismatic chicken named Charlotte. When Ashley is not working, or spending time with loved ones, she enjoys; gardening, reading, painting, jewelry making, spending time on the water fishing or simply soaking in the sunshine!
