    Dr. Rajguru Kang

    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Kang graduated from Punjab Agricultural University in 2005 in Punjab, India. In 2006, he came to America and started gaining experience in the veterinary field in order to work towards his doctor of veterinary license, which he received in 2008, and then started at Banfield. In 2012, Dr. Kang became Chief of Staff of the San Jose Downtown location and also the mentor doctor for the South Bay Banfield Pet Hospitals. Dr. Kang strives to learn new and/or improved procedures in order to better the quality of medicine and care that he provides to his patients. When not working, he enjoys bonding with his family. He currently resides in San Jose with his wife, twins, and malitpoo named Romy. Dr Kang also enjoys playing & watching sports or just having a good time with friends. More Details >>

    Dr. Suzanne Gross


    Dr. Gross graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She has special interests in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, and strives to provide quality veterinary care for her patients and help further the human animal bond. She received her bachelor's degree in physiology and neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Gross is excited to return home to California after four years in Minnesota.     Dr. Lauren Brown


    Dr. Brown was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She grew up always knowing that she wanted to be a veterinarian, and she has had a number of different pets including dogs, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, toads, and fish. Dr. Brown attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, but knew for a long time that she wanted to practice in California. She enjoys treating all sorts of animals, both domestic and exotic including marine mammals. Apart from veterinary medicine, her interests include playing with her 2 dogs, hiking, movies, quality time with friends and family, and space.     Dr. Kimberly Schneckloth


    Dr. Schneckloth was born and raised in California. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of California, Davis, she decided to go to a veterinary university out of the country. Four years of international travel later, she graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London, England. In 2018, she joined the Banfield family, where she strives to expand her knowledge and skills as a veterinarian and knows she is at the perfect place to accomplish these goals. She has special interests in neurology, cardiology, and pathology and hopes to pursue one (hopefully all!) of these topics in the future. In her free time, Dr. Schneckloth likes to read, watch movies, reunite with friends in exotic locations, learn songs on her ukulele, and attend baseball games. More Details >>

    Dr. Anna Singer


    Dr. Singer attended veterinary school at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. Prior to that, she received her bachelor's in animal sciences from Cal Poly Pomona. She was born in Poland but moved with her family to the bay area where she attended middle and high school. Dr. Singer wanted to be a veterinarian since she was seven and has an interest in both small animals and equine medicine as well as soft tissue surgery and dermatology. Since graduating veterinary school, she moved back to the bay area with her husband, dog, cat and horse. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. More Details >>


    Practice Manager

    Mychael began her Banfield journey in 2008 and over the years, has developed into an experienced veterinary assistant, client service coordinator, shift lead and took the practice manager role in the beginning of 2017. Her passion for working with pets, her team, and partnering with clients, has made Banfield a great career choice. Mychael hopes to continue to develop as a leader while better developing and supporting her team. When not in the hospital, she can be found spending time with loved ones, friends, and her cat, Murphy.     Veterinary Technician

    Rachael has been with Banfield since early 2009 and is attending school at San Jose State University for a master's degree in environmental studies. She is truly passionate about animals and inspired to not only educate people about best practices regarding pet care, but also to promote wildlife conservation. She is excited to be getting married next year to her best friend in the most beautiful place on Earth, Yosemite National Park. In her free time, Rachael enjoys hanging out with her dog, Kobe, going on hikes around the Bay and eating vegan food.     Stephany joined the Banfield family in Summer 2015 as a veterinary assistant. Before joining Banfield, she was working for a private practice animal hospital in Redwood City. Stephany is continuing her education to become a surgical technician. On her days off, she loves going to mommy and me classes with her son, running 5k races, and spending time with her son and husband. Stephany has a 2-year-old calico cat named Callie, who loves having the freedom of going outdoors, and Han, a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who loves barking at dogs. More Details >>

    Kamillah has been with Banfield since December 2014 and grew up in San Jose. She graduated school at CSU Eastbay, majoring in English creative writing and minoring in biology. Her compassion towards animals helps her exceed in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant and has led her to be very familiar with the importance of preventive care.     Aileen has been working at Banfield for 2 years as a veterinary assistant, and aspires to become a Registered Veterinary Technician after finishing the Veterinary Technology program at Foothill. Eventually, she wants to get her B.S. degree in biology and then apply for veterinary school. Aileen has 4 red-eared sliders named Squirtle, Shuckle, Michaelangelo, and Raphael.
