    Dr. Daniela Extrum-Fernandez

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Fernandez started her veterinary career working in a small animal hospital in Oakland, CA while attending Mills College for undergraduate studies. After graduating with degrees in biology and computer science, she continued to work and gain experience in the field. She left the U.S. and attended the Royal Veterinary College in the United Kingdom graduating in 2016, and has worked at Banfield since graduation. Her veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery, preventive medicine, dermatology, and ophthalmology, and she enjoys working with gun dogs and terriers. Dr. Fernandez lives with her two Vizslas and when not cuddling pets in the hospital, she enjoys training her dogs in obedience and agility, trips to the dog park, running, and watching the newest Marvel movie.     Dr. Kimberly Conway

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Conway began her veterinary career in 2009 working at a small animal clinic in Orange County, CA. After graduating from California State University, Fullerton with bachelors degrees in cellular biology and health science, she attended veterinary school at the University of California, Davis. She recently graduated in May of 2018, and is excited to continue her veterinary career with her amazing team at Banfield.     Dr. Hai Le-Nguyen

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Le-Nguyen graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. He has worked for Banfield Pet Hospital since 2014 and treats our small animal companion pets, cats and dogs. Prior to joining the Banfield team and veterinary school, he worked as a registered veterinary technician while attending undergraduate school at UC Davis. His medical and surgery interests include dentistry, soft tissue surgery and general medicine, and he has a strong interest in the sight hounds breed. Dr. Le-Nguyen lives with his wife, younger sister, dogs (Sebastian - a miniature pinscher, Holle - a Chihuahua cross, Victor - an Italian greyhound, and Mina - a whippet). When he is not enjoying the pleasure of being a veterinarian, he and his wife enjoy taking their dogs to the dog park on play dates. Other leisurely activities include working out at the gym, cooking, eating, house renovation, watching TV shows/movies, and having a cuddle fest with his wife and pets. More Details >>

    Dr. Ceili Wasson

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Wasson started her veterinary career with equine first aid lessons with her horse, Jenn, and completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis with a bachelor's in animal science. She worked as a veterinary assistant for a year before enrolling in veterinary school at UC Davis. Dr. Wasson lives with her husband, their cats, Katana and Ryuko, and their geckos, Dante and Joyce.     Dr. Alexandra Vignocchi

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Vignocchi originally grew up in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate education at Colorado State University in 2010, and returned to Illinois for veterinary school at the University of Illinois in 2012. She has been in small animal general practice since 2016 with a special interest in exotic animals. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, scuba diving, and kayaking. Dr. Vignocchi also has a fondness for all things sharks. She currently lives with her two dogs, Normal and Roger, and her tortoise, George. More Details >>

    Dr. Meagan Christenson

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Christenson, originally from Alaska, graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She decided to stay in Northern California and later that year joined Banfield. Dr. Christenson enjoys treating companion animal dogs and cats, and her medical interest include dentistry, preventive care, and general medicine. When not in the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her 3 horses, Sunny, Leo, and Finale, or cuddling up with her 5 cats and her Scottish terrier, Lucy. More Details >>

    Dr. Evan Adler

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Adler graduated from the University of Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 after receiving a B.S. degree from Colorado State in environmental health and safety. He joined Banfield in 2016 and has interests in dentistry, general surgery, and preventive care. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys cooking with his wife, gardening, hiking, tending to his bees, and raising his 3 chickens, Pudding, Tiramisu, and Chouquette. More Details >>
