Dr. Mary Hall
Veterinarian
Dr. Hall is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. She received a bachelor's degree in animal science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been with Banfield at the Palm Springs and Palm Desert locations since October 2018. In her spare time, she likes to go to the dog beach with Radar, a German Shepherd mix she adopted in 2019. She also has an orange tabby cat named Simba that moved with her from Tennessee. He ironically throws a fit when he goes to the vet, but is very sweet at home.

Dr. Jaesang Ahn
Veterinarian
Dr. Ahn received his DVM degree from Seoul National University College of Veterinary Medicine in South Korea. In 2015, he completed the ECFVG (Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates) and obtained his California veterinary license in September 2016. In South Korea, Dr. Ahn worked as an equine practitioner for a year and as a small animal doctor for another year. He has been working at Banfield Palm Desert since December 2016, and tries his best to provide appropriate care to as many patients as possible.

Alsatia Manseau
Practice Manager
Alsatia is from a little farm town named Brawley, CA, and moved here in 2013 after graduating from high school. She started with Banfield as a Client Service Coordinator in May of 2016 and is currently going to school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician to help our furry friends. She also has aspiration to eventually become a psychiatrist to help our furry friends' owners. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets (Missy May and Bubba Bear) going to the beach or having a slumber party/movie night in her living room. She is dedicated to making sure the hospital gives quality care to all patients that walk through the door, and exceptional customer service to their owners.

Shift Lead
As a graduate of Platt College in Ontario, California, Christina has been with Banfield since July 2018. She continues to learn and grow while utilizing her knowledge as a veterinary technician to provide professional, dedicated, and quality care to our furry friends and people. She has 2 parrots and a guinea pig. On her days off, Christina enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family!!

Sheryl Jones, RVT
Veterinary Technician
Sheryl joined the Banfield staff in August 2018. She graduated from Globe University in Middleton, Wisconsin with an AAS degree in veterinary technology in March 2014, and received her credentials in October 2014. She has worked in private practice and shelters. Sheryl also has a B.A. degree in history from the University of Wisconsin with a specialization in Imperial Russia. She and her wife, Pamela, moved from Wisconsin in 2017, and they have a Shetland sheepdog named Madison, a beagle mix named Shelby, and a torbie domestic shorthair cat named Dulcinea. Sheryl loves working at Banfield because of her great teammates and the opportunity to educate clients.
