Dr. Pablo Etchemendy grew up in Orange County but is originally from Uruguay. He graduated from vet school in his native Uruguay in 2004 and first found his calling in large animal medicine, working in the dairy and beef cattle industry. Dr. Etchemendy and his wife, Cecilia, moved back to the United States in 2009 and he has since gained a tremendous amount of experience working in an emergency small animal hospital and ultimately at Banfield. With two pets of his own, Dr. Etchemendy understands the value in making a pet parent feel that their precious one is in safe hands.

Dr. Ryan Labang grew up in Long Beach, CA. She attended California State University, Long Beach and Vanguard University of Southern California, studying marine biology and biochemistry while working as a wildlife veterinary assistant. She graduated from Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada as a companion animal veterinarian. Her areas of interest include clinical pathology, internal medicine, and exotic animal medicine including birds, pocket pets, and fish. When not working, Dr. Labang's interests include sewing, scuba diving, and reading. She currently lives in Orange County with her best furry friend, Dakota, and her husband.
