Dr. Annah Hanson
Chief of Staff
Dr. Hanson earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and a minor in art history from Arizona State University before attending and graduating from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After surviving the cold Iowa winters in veterinary school, she returned home to her family in Arizona. She has been practicing at Banfield since 2014. She has two cats, Nagini and Musashi, and a dog named Ginger. Dr. Hanson enjoys exploring the outdoors by land and sea, reading, and photography.

Veterinarian
Dr. Sullivan graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science prior to attending and graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She has been practicing at Banfield since 2012. Dr. Sullivan has 2 dogs, Brody and Stoli, and she enjoys spending her free time reading, enjoying the ocean, and spending time with her 2 children.

Veterinarian
Dr. Garino originally started with Banfield as a veterinary assistant in 2011 while attending Arizona State University where she earned her bachelor's in animal physiology and behavior with a minor in communication. She moved to the beautiful pacific northwest for veterinary graduate school at Oregon State University and returned to Arizona to be with family after graduating. Dr. Garino is a Fear Free Certified veterinarian and has a passion for making the veterinary visit as enjoyable and stress free as possible for her patients and their family. She has two cats, Greyson and Pikachu, and a green cheek conure named Poco. She enjoys reading sci-fi fantasy novels, cross stitching, and has a secret dream of becoming a "defense against the dark arts professor" at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Veterinarian
Dr. Cassidy McCartney grew up in Portland, Oregon, and has been with Banfield since 2014, starting as a veterinary assistant. She moved to Arizona after graduating from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has a passion for preventive care, dermatology and surgery. She enjoys partnering with her clients to strengthen the human-animal bond, and ensure that pets live long, pain-free lives. She believes in the fear free approach to her patients, and enjoys creating lasting relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Pit Bull/Rottweiler mix named Porter. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants and wine tasting.
