Dr. Ashley Randle
Chief of Staff
Dr. Randle earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Western Kentucky University in 2005, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2009. During her summers in veterinary school, Dr. Randle worked for Banfield as a Student Ambassador learning about the importance of preventive care. Upon graduation, Dr. Randle married and began working for Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She started with Banfield in May 2015 part time, but now works for full-time where she enjoys connecting with clients and their pets. Her primary interests in veterinary medicine are dermatology and nutrition. Dr. Randle's passions outside of work include cooking with her husband, quilting and spending time with family and friends. She has two dogs, Boots and Socks; and a cat named Elk.

Dr. Elizabeth Hindman
Veterinarian
Dr. Hindman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in animal science and then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She spent 3 years in a rural mixed animal practice prior to joining our Banfield team in September 2015. Dr. Hindman performs routine and soft tissue surgeries, and corrective orthopedic procedures. She loves educating clients on preventive medicine, and has interests in surgery, wound management and endocrinology. Some of Dr. Hindman’s hobbies outside of work include exercising, gardening, spending quality time with her daughter, and 4 pets, Fupa, Boo, Ike and Trump.

Dr. Trisha Prevatt
Veterinarian
Dr. Prevatt is originally from Cullman, AL. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal sciences in 2012, Master of Science degree in biomedical sciences in 2014, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn University in 2018. During her summers in veterinary school, Dr. Prevatt spent time as a Banfield student job participant where she gained a passion for preventive medicine. Dr. Prevatt has enjoyed practicing with Banfield since June 2018 and her primary interests include client education, nutrition, and orthopedics. When Dr. Prevatt is not in the hospital, she enjoys drinking lots of coffee and spending time with her husband and their pets, Kloe, Bandit, and Gonzo. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, and reading. She is excited to provide your pet with high quality medicine, care, and compassion!

Pauline Fallon
Practice Manager
Pauline has been with Banfield since January of 2007. She started as a pet nurse and worked her way up to practice manager. She has worked in the veterinary field since she was 16 years old! Aside from the animals she works with each day, her passion is people! She and her boyfriend, Cameron, have a son together, Carson Blane.

Amanda Deane
Shift Lead and Client Service Coordinator
Amanda has been with Banfield since October of 2006. She came to Montgomery from Oregon in 2010 and has been a great asset to our hospital with her ideas of efficiencies and knowledge of Banfield. She was promoted to shift lead in March 2018. Amanda is the proud mother of three beautiful children: Kaeley, Braedyn and Logan.

Janet Coffel, LVT
Veterinary Technician
Janet graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Snead State Community College in 2001 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She started her career at Auburn University in the oncology department in 2001 and stayed there for 15 years as a surgical oncology technician. She chose to expand her skills into preventive care by joining Banfield in July 2018. She has a very loving and devoted husband named Matthew and together they have 5 children; Carley, Jenna (Kinowa), William (Kiele), Kailey and Ivan. They also have 3 grandchildren; Hendrix, Mila (Jenna) and Luke (Will). Their pets include 2 dogs Skylar and Diesel; 5 cats, Joey, Lightning, Sanford, Charlie, and Eli; and 2 bearded dragons, Tiny Tim and Lieutenant Dan. She has had a passion for animals since she was a child and is grateful she gets to do what she love everyday!

Ashley Belcher
Veterinary Assistant
Ashley started with the company just a few months ago but has been in and out of the veterinary field. She has shadowed several doctors along the way and volunteered at shelters since she was 15 years old, and has wanted to work with animals since she was able to talk. Her hobbies include playing with her dogs, Butterbean and Harley; and cats, Mee Mow, Simba, Momma Bear, and Bast (all are rescues!!). Ashley enjoys going hiking during the spring and summer and in the coming year, she will be pursuing her veterinary license!

Tiffany joined our Banfield team in July 2018, with 8 years of experience caring for animals. She is compassionate and hard-working in everything she does and is always up for a challenge. Her positive and witty personality is sure to put a smile on your face. When not at work, Tiffany enjoys fishing, hiking, shooting pool, metal detecting, and spending time with her kitty, Adamas "Gauge", and a musk turtle named "Frank the Tank". She hopes to one day add a Dachshund to her family too.

Madeline has been with Banfield for over a year and a half. She graduated with a B.S. in biology from Hollins University. Madeline has two cats and two dogs, and enjoys gardening, cooking, taking care of her pets, drinking Earl Grey tea, and yoga.

Andrea has been with Banfield since September 2017. She has 5 dogs, 2 of the newest were motherless and she raised them on a bottle, and 4 children who keep her very busy. When not playing with her crew, Andrea enjoys reading and sewing.

Credentialed Veterinary Technician
Marinel has been with Banfield since August 2014 after graduating with a Veterinary Technology Bachelors degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Medical Sciences Campus. She has worked in Louisiana and Mississippi and is now part of the Montgomery team since July 2019. She absolutely loves what she does and enjoys everyday she gets to take care of pets and educate their owners. On her spare time she enjoys singing, visiting and exploring different places, and spending time with her significant other and four furry kids.
