    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Cunningham (aka Dr. Bob) is a graduate of Mississippi State University College Of Veterinary Medicine. He has been a veterinarian for over 25 years and still loves getting to work everyday to take on new challenges that help to make his patients lives better. Through the years, He has been in private practice, owned his own hospital, and then became a Chief of Staff with Banfield 7 years ago. He is married with 7 children in a blended family, and they enjoy traveling, being outdoors, cooking and simply spending time together when he is not at work. Client education to help owners understand the care their pets need is a special focus area for Dr. Bob.     Dr. Tiffany Heaton

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Heaton is a two-time alumna of Auburn University where she earned degrees in zoology and veterinary medicine. She was raised in Samantha, AL, a small rural community in northern Tuscaloosa County, and has lived in Mobile since graduating veterinary school. Dr. Heaton is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Alabama Veterinary Medical Association, and Omega Tau Sigma. Her special interests include reproductive pathology, dermatology, and developing aspiring veterinarians. When Dr. Heaton isn't in the clinic, you can probably find her at Target, Starbucks, or on Splash Mountain at Walt Disney World.     Veterinarian

    Dr. Kraft is a two-time alumni of Mississippi State University, where she first earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences (as well as a minor in English literature) before receiving a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine degree. She was born and raised in Pascagoula, MS and has returned to the Gulf Coast since completing veterinary school. Her special interests include ophthalmology, nutrition, and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, Dr. Kraft enjoys reading, writing, and drawing, as well as outdoor activities such as kayaking and hiking. She has a pair of border collie mixes named Rory and Captain.     Practice Manager

    Melissa has called Banfield home for over 10 years. She has a master's degree in public health from the University Of South Florida. Originally born and raised in New York City, Melissa has traveled all over the Banfield world with her Navy husband. Together they have 3 dogs and a little boy. 2 of her dogs are Mexican hairless dogs (yes, just like Dante in Coco) and her husband brought a rescue home from one of his deployments in the Middle East. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family, Disney, the beach, kayaking, and exploring local history, culture, and food.     Veterinary Technician

    Haley is a licensed veterinary technician, and has been with Banfield since August of 2018. She graduated from Coastal Alabama Community College with a degree in veterinary technology in 2017 and obtained her license shortly after. Haley is passionate about learning and is always trying to improve herself and her work. She has special interests in anesthesia and low-stress veterinary care. When not at Banfield, she serves alongside her husband as Worship Pastors in Saraland, Alabama, and spends time raising their 1-year-old daughter.     Shift Lead

    Joahnna (aka Jo) has been with Banfield since May 2012 starting as a client service coordinator and then was promoted to shift lead. She has also been crossed trained to be a veterinary assistant. She has always loved animals and knew that her passion was to work with them. Jo has background in retail management and customer service, and is using that knowledge and expertise to quickly become a favorite of our clients. She is passionate about client service and creating a great experience for our clients and their pets. Jo has 2 Chihuahuas and a Yorkie (Ollie, Marco and Mochie).     Magen has been with Banfield since December 2016, and graduated from Penn Foster College in February 2019 with a degree in veterinary technology. She is preparing to take the veterinary technician national exam. Magen has interests in anesthesia and radiology, and plans to pursue becoming a veterinary technician specialist in anesthesia.
