To be eligible, clients should present proof of pet’s active enrollment on a Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan or Banfield Access Plan, which can be shown with a recent invoice, Banfield mobile app, or a corresponding offer email from Banfield. Good for waiver of fee for one (1) initial emergency visit or specialty care exam, including general physical examination and assessment. Retail value of approximately $300. Fees will apply for other services or products provided, including emergency stabilization, treatment, diagnostic tests, medications, and hospitalization.
