I would recommend that you keep her from eating bugs. Certain diseases can be transmitted through eating insects. I would try to keep her away from the June bugs if at all possible.
If she has to go into the areas where the bugs are present, I would keep her on her leash and discourage her from eating them. If your puppy stops eating, becomes lethargic, has vomiting or diarrhea she needs to see her veterinarian immediately.
