I recommend that you talk to your local veterinarian about this question. Most often eating feces is a behavioral issue that can be treated with a combination of a substance that is added to her food and behavioral modification. However, there can be certain situations when eating feces is due to an underlying medical issue. Your vet knows your pet and they can get some more information from you and then recommend the best treatment for her.
