Biting the frog should cause no problems. There can be issues if he eats the frog. I recommend trying to keep him from biting or eating the frogs, if possible.
If he does get a frog it can cause vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or lack of appetite. If you see any of these signs he needs to see his veterinarian immediately.
