Hi Miuritza, I recommend taking him to see the veterinarian, so they can assess the swelling and discharge. If he has been very active, we can see swelling but it is best to be examined to ensure there is not something more serious happening. Your veterinarian can also determine if any additional care is needed. It the meantime, ensure that he is wearing an e-collar.
